Hey guys,

Anybody have experience using a OTC AI for their TRT regimen? I'm specifically wondering about Nolvadren XT or Erase Pro. Thanks!

No. Use something that works and is prescribed to you. Why would u chance it? I can get arimidex on script so I can't see why u can't either? Ask your doctor instead of chancing it on something that might work.

I have a script for Arimidex, seems to work fine. But I'm just curious if there are other OTC alternatives. But I see your point tho.

There could well be, I just wouldn't waste time or money etc when u know anastrazole will do it and it's cheap af

True, true. I guess I'm just wondering if 1mg of anastrazole 24-48 hrs after my weekly injection is doing the trick. I guess we will see with my bloods in a few weeks.

You may not even need an ai at all bro. Depending on how u get on. Have u just started on trt? What ester are u using?

Research DIM, and or IC3, alot of guys try dim, for some it works for some it doesnt, some advocate certain vitamins such as zinc,c and b (formulation escapes my mind at the moment)

That's quite a dose of Anastrozole. Most use 0.25 mg (read quarter of a 1 mg tablet) once every 3.5 days. Be careful not to crash your estradiol as it's worse feeling than low T.

I use zinc, dim, resveratrol. Works well. Levels are good and on the low side. I attribute most of it to the zinc. Get a good form (50mg) or take 100mg of cheap walmart kind.

And you add in copper as well since zinc depletes copper. My lab tests show that what you listed doesn't work for me. Everyone is different and bloodwork needs to be monitored.

Been on TRT for 8 weeks. Test Cyp.
Well on next bloods check e2 or oestradiol and see were it's at. That will dictate wether or not you need an ai. Also your nipples may give you a clue.

Hope it goes well for you man, I take it u are in the US? We don't get pharma cyp here to my knowledge anyway.

Im about 6 months or so in and I'm feeling alot better.

I have used calcium d glucurate with NAC along with clearing out the gut from pathogen bacteria. I may also use an antiviral approach if EBV or other virus are present. Virus enhance aromatase activity .

Yeah, but seems to me the dosages are all wrong and although longjack has shown to lower estro it's not really used as lowering agent. Dunno if I'd put that in my own estro reduction protocol.
It is in my natty t boosting formula tho, which will be put soon ;-).
Also, 50mg of DIM seems quite light, as well as 25 of arimistane- and that is if it works for that particular person, plain old doesn't work on some.

But hey if it works for you more power to you

Yes sir, this product is for both men and women, so men would be dosing up to three caps per day. One could use this low dose all year round however because of the other ingredients. It is a huge compliment to Veinquish for a nice 12 week recomp.

So that would leave ya 20 servings for a male. That dosage does seem much more realistic for a man (even tho I feel, personally, arimistane doesn't do anything for me). How much does it run out of curiosity? Or website? (Mobile view atm so if in sig. I can't see it.)

I think that's 40 servings at 3 caps per day. 120 cap bottle. Invalid Link Removed, orInvalid Link Removed which brings it down $40 each. With our 10% discount code it's even better. (Since you're on mobile and cannot see signatures: JUST410 is the code)

Oh, the pic you posted said 60 caps. 120 is much better. And for that price if it works for said individual isn't a bad price.

You may not need an AI, but you won't know for awhile. You are starting on a high TRT dose (200mg/wk) and only 8 weeks in, so everything will be off for awhile. It took me about a year to really get things dialed in and have labs stable for each check.

I personally don't use, nor need, an AI on my TRT protocol for day to day. I do keep them around for "as needed" though. I have had good luck with Letrone and Inhibit-E for OTC, as well as a couple of RCs.
