I will be having an ankle ripped apart in about a month and am wondering what a 1 month IGF cycle would do for bone and ligament/tendon repair. I have a limited off-season for rugby and was hoping that IGF would help out with recoup time as well as help preserve body comp. One other thing worth mentioning is that I am 21 which may be a bit young but keep in mind Im not using this for body recomp but for injury repair. Any thoughts?
