Osta is fairly mild on the body but so are the benefits. Short answer is you should be just fine if you run it properly and follow with a solid PCT.

Your hormones should regulate after a while with no PCT, but there is no guarantee. It can take months for it to return without a proper PCT. Just get some Clomid, Nolva, or Torem. Simple, cheap, effective. Can't see why you wouldn't run them.
