Hey anyone experiencing peeing more than usual since on this? I noticed the past few days I have been peeing more often, than usual
 
Maybe just a side effect until my body gets used to it. I am stacking it will DAA to help minimize the shutdown.

I was thinking about adding some. As well. Gonna see how the next week goes though. Struggled in the extra curricular department tonight. Made it happen but I was not my normal self.
 
My sweating is increasing the past couple of days. Haven't changed any supps. And my basement is always cold. And it's been in the 40's and not the 60's like last week
I've been sweating a ton the last few days as well. Comes on faster and more profusely then normal it seems

I took OstaRX a while back and I do recall that being one of the things I noted. Just stay hydrated.
 
Day 16 March 19
Wife's birthday. Quality time

Day 17 March 20
Wife feeling extra emotional and leaving for he weekend and wanted more quality time since it was her birthday week. Instead of leaving right at 6pm as she planned, she didn't leave until 9:30. Wasn't able to lift again.

Day 18 March 21
Shoulder felt great going into the weight room. Even felt great warming up. First few sets of bench hurt. Few tweaks here and there and I was good to go. I noticed the slower I lifted, the better it felt.
Bench -5/5/5..ended with 240x5. Nice and slow. At minimum and 4-5 tempo.
Incline DB 5x8

Two things happened. A guy came in as soon as I started and all he wanted to do was chat. 15 minutes later I started lifting finally...annoyed.

Then right after bench, father in law called and asked if I wanted to go to the cabin and go fishing. Hell ya I thought! So I left,l did incline, then left. then we get to the cabin and wind is being a beatch so no fishing. So not a wasted time in the weight room but I wanted to hit it harder.


I think....I think....I am getting shut down. Struggled to keep it up again on Friday. Usually not a problem.
 
Maybe adding the DAA might help if it is not too late. All in all seems like you are having a good run and enjoying it. For me, now that the weather has gotten better, I will be able to get to the gym more often. Still peeing a lot though, lol, and getting the yellow tongue, but not as much as before.
 
Day 19 March 22

45 minutes LISS in the morning after church

Then had to go help father in law with something.

Eventually got done as then unpack/cleaned totes of crap. Eventually got back in Weightroom for arms about 5 hours later lol...wanted to do legs but will hit them tomorrow.

DB Alternating Curls 4x8
Rope Pressdowns 4x8
DB Lat/Front Raises 4x8 each
Then Repeat. So each was 8x8 with 30 second rest max.

Felt a greater pump than normal today and felt strong. Recovered quickly.

I was prepping myself and flexing in the mirror preworkout and my wife goes, geez, your looking buff an I can see the outline of your top abs! Got a long long ways to go though. Got a lot of fat on me. Will update measurements at the end of month one.

Goblet squat 1x8

Stopped because of hamstring. Gonna start adding in leg press all the time though. That may be my go to until hamstring gets better.

Time to go hand some blinds, put together a 8 square shelf thing for the wife, and hopefully get 20 minutes of cardio recovery tonight.

Lowest I have been in 2 years. If only my diet would stay consistent and I was emotionally stronger to stay away from some crap!

Keeping upper body strength too!

Had an alpha feeling today. Felt great.

Got in, got out. Had to get in cardio, food, shower than going to the new divergent movie.

I was disappointed. I read the books but I could not remembered what all happened so I don't know how much of the story followed the book but I was extremely bored throughout the movie.

bummer. I've never read the books but thought the first was pretty entertaining.
 
My housemate has been on a post-apocalyptic teen movie kick lately. I think he's going to go see that soon.

Bench
3/3/3/4...last set was 255 for 4, slow reps. Could have got 5 or 6 but didn't want to push the shoulder. I have done this 10 times before but that was repping out fast.
Decline DB Bench 5x8 - wow, haven't done these since college. Feel the freaking burn!
Skull Crushers 4x8 - these bothered my shoulder a lot

Meant to get in cardio but started watching Tournament games and next thing I know it's 10pm.

Felt good. Shoulder feeling a lot better but I can still feel it. I am happy I am keeping my strength on bench. Hopefully the "healing properties" of Osta is taking effect
 
Note: I was so tired this morning and could not get out of bed. First time it's been that bad. Also, haven't had a headache in awhile and then I noticed it today about 10 minutes after the first pill. It went away after about 5 minutes.

increase your water intake. Probably a little influx in BP. Weird it went away so quickly.

Decided to do regular deadlift. Felt amazing doing it. Went up super easy and wanted to go up in weight but held back. Just for the record my PR is 435 and almost got 445 a couple months ago before my back an foot started bothering me more. First time regular since about 2 months ago ish.

Then I decided to do the deck of cards. Dam those hang cleans were easy but got tiring. Grip was giving out on me towards the end.

Felt awesome today. Osta hopefully kicking in full gear!

So far I love osta good gains and great way to get lean, vascular and some mass I'm taking ostarine now this is where I'm at

Hell of a day at work. Got home, drank a beer, grilled some food.

Legs - I feel fine but when I started warming up I realized my legs were sore!

Day 29 April 1

Ordered me 6 tubs of PBC Select. Pretty stoked!

Bench
5/3/2 - 275 felt light an easy for 2 reps but form loosened up so I racked it. Shoulder felt good
DB Decline 5x10...used 60's for last 3 sets
Close Grip Push-ups on bench 2x6...this bothered the shoulder so I only do two small sets
DM Farmers Walk w/ 60's - 60, 55, 35 seconds with one minute rest. Grip is weak!
Lat Raise 3x10
Front Raise 3x10
Rope Press downs 8x8
Lat Raise 3x10
Front Raise 3x10
DB Press 3x10 w/25's - light and slow, could feel in shoulder but wanted to do something else. Not pain, but I could still feel it starting. Had to inside shoulders

Good workout. Felt strong.

I weighed in at 236 yesterday morning. Pretty happy and surprised. Measurements will come tomorrow morning hopefully

Good pump workout! Why? Because I am pumped that I just got my $17,500 student loan forgiveness applied to my student loan for being a teacher! Booya! It only took 1 year and 6 months to get it official but it was worth it.

Day 31 April 3

Took me awhile to get going today. Lethargic. Easter break and am just being lazy.

Hang Clean 3/3/3 - 155lbs for last set.
Deadlift 3/3/3 - 305 last set; was hoping it was going to feel easier. Next week will work up to 365-405 range.
225x10x3sets

Bunch of Ab/core crap.

That's it. About 35 minutes total with warmups.

Yes i did see them. I agree its kind of hard to tell. I think once you get more light then it will be easier to see.

Nothing to be disappointed in man, your losing weight and presumably fat, because the ostashred does a great job at holding on to muscle. The osta is just now kicking I to full effect and I fully expect you to lose another inch or two around the major parts such as stomach and chest. Keep up the good work and kick some ass
