Ostarine vs LGD

Which SARM do you consider to be better? I'm on OsTa currently and in the third week. So far it's been enjoyable. After I finish this cycle and later this year I'm considering giving it another go pending that all works out but with all the good hype of LGD maybe that will be a better choice

I am facing the same dilemma. Almost done with the off cycle time and I have both ready to go. I really liked Osta ... low key and sweet, but really curious about LGD.

LGD and since this is your first run (using osta first) you should like LGD a lot better. Osta is lgd's little brother, you should be happy with the LGD results as compared to ostra

LGD takes the cake for much more gains relative to osta at full meat head dose and zero sides (unlike ostarine)

80mg-100mg. Just kidding IDK either but I heard anything more than 25mg can be counter productive to the cycle.
