Ostarine supp

If you have taken Ostarine, I would like to know what brand you have tried, dose and your experience. I tried Ostarine 20mg by ChemTek labs. They recommended taking 3 caps (20mg each) a day. I only took 1 cap (20mg) a day and can't absolutely say I noticed a difference after 4 weeks. I did make gains but I was more on point while I was taking them. I've hit a plateau lately and ready to bust through.
 
What are you goals? I think ostashred is a good one to check out and there are logs on here as well. Most people usually just follow the directions on the bottle of ostashred for dosage.
 
If you don't want to mess with your hormones look into ABE, X-Gels, Ep1c Unleashed, Myosynergy Elite, BMP, Erase Pro+, Ergonine, and Phosphatidic Acid


Edit: obviously, not all at the same time. But they are the best natural anabolic products that don't really mess with your hormones
 
Gaining some lean muscle, increase in strength. I'm at 195 and would like to get to 210. Currently not taking anything

Ostarine is a drug and not a supplement. Anyone recommending 60mg a day of Ostarine should be shot.

There's a big thread on PA entitled "I'm on Phosphatidic acid Ya'll" and another on ArA called the Arachadonic Help guide or something similar.

There's plenty of info on the forum about all of the supplements I mentioned.

+1 for ArA. Did a solo 50 day of X-factor a few years ago. Then did another run with a test booster. It's good stuff. Great recomp supp for sure.

To answer your question,

I've taken osta a couple times. Kept the dose under 25mg both times.

Noticed decent gains both times. Nothing like superdrol obviously, but gains were slow and steady.
