24 hours, and what's the reasoning for the blood test? Competition? Work? Anabolic testing is not cheap and in most environments one would not expect to be tested. If you are a competitor of some kind it's certainly possible they are testing for various drugs. Ostarine isn't worth it. It's a research chemical and not meant for human consumption.
It's not a bulker, nor a real cutter as it's most important in muscle retention in a deficit.

belive i had gyno from puberty, and just realist i can get the operation coverd by the health Services in my country as long as its from puberty.
but i did ran a ostarine cykle that i finished 2 weeks ago, and belive the would test for anabolics at the doctor before sending me to a clinic

Metabolites are a whole other story. Some aas metabolites stay in the system for 18+ months so that 24 hours might not be a good thing to go off of.

This will depend on various factors. Factors such as, dose and duration (changes in blood plasma and tissue levels), current health (overall metabolic rate), as well as various other considerations.
After a typical full-length cycle, don't expect the parent compound to be completely out of your system in the first two weeks.
As was mentioned by Yates, likely weeks or possibly even months for any known metabolites to be completely eliminated.
But, your family doc ain't testing for SARMs...
Tamoxifen will however greatly alter your doctor's test results!

Nope. Trace amounts will be present enough for testing, but as to how much and how long? It's a question of metabolism and individuals.
Why risk it for a competition? I doubt it would be tested for in most instances. They are looking for GW 501516 and other banned substances, which stay in your system a very long time.
The family doctor is not testing for this stuff.

This is good info.
As far as ostarine, I have no idea if it’s lipophylic or lypophobic. That would be a good indicator for if it and it’s metabolites have the ability to stay in the system for a long time.
