Hey guys, so I just finished up an Ostarine cycle of 8 weeks and am staring PCT now, will update in about a month on that. But for now I wanted to share my experience. I unfortunately got a horrible throat infection which caused me to cough/choke myself silly causing a sports hernia (second one) and I got surgery for the first. This has rubbed me wrong but I cannot give up on achieving my dream body.
I had previously cut to 13% from 15.4% in the first 4 weeks. I was the thinnest I had been, I loved it. My lifts all went up by about 5lb weekly, in every category. Shoulder press was very obvious. Strength was also noticed, since starting PCT in a sharp decline. Shoulders also feel like garbage, particularly the non dominant arm, geez this is painful lol. So, the JOING RELIEF from this stuff is just damn amazing. It'S REAL and worth running. The 4 weeks I was sick, I worked out maybe twice a week and kept all the strength, no lifts went down. I found that incredible.
My question was regarding DECA actually and just my next cycle in general. I heard DECA can easily provide similar relief benefits and I need this, I just love it so much, but Ostarine itself I never wanted to use long term in the aspect of years of life. Since Deca is technically a tested compound. But the question being would you run DECA over ostarine, and the gains are just plain better right? Deca Dick is a myth?
I just want to know what to do my next cycle anyway in January (about). I was thinking about 250mg of Test C, I want to blow up. I actually could use the added benefit of high test mentally also, I have a fairly strong bias towards "NOT" getting out of my comfort zone. I'm ambitious mentally but action gets me scared. But at 25 going on 26, I NEED to be doing more anyway. So any PM or shout out on your mental state while "on" is appreciated. I'm usually always taking something myself anyway, KB by OL for the win there. Thanks guys, cheers!
