Unanswered Ostarine + PSMF

I was wondering if anyones tried Ostarine + cardarine on an extremely high caloric deficit?

If I did a PSMF it would be at 1,000 calories per day or so...but even without doing that I would still most likely aim for 1,600-1800.

Thoughts?
 
Osta isn't a bulker and neither is cardarine. If you wanted to cut or recomp that's cool.

Do have a plan b to bulk up as far as sarms or other bulking agents ?
 
I had no intention of using any kind of sarm during my bulking phase, I still have abit of "loose fat" around my midsection that isn't that visble unless I bend down or etc, so I wanted to cut untill I could atleast see 4 fairly visble abs. But I was under the impression people also used Osta during their bulks?
 
Cant hurt. I’ve done psfm a few times and it works great. I go about 800 calories all egg whites. Can drop 4-5 lbs a week. I like it much better then cutting for months. I’m sure the Ostarine might help with muscle loss but really it’s not as big of a problem as you would think. Strength comes back in to normal in a week or two.

First time was 7 or 8 weeks. I don’t let it get out of hand and stay lean now. Will do two weeks here and there when abs start to fade.
 
How long and how often do you fast like that? Train the same or is it altered?

Frequently when cutting, did a 3 day, 2x 5 day, and a 10 day over a roughly 6 week timeframe. Only exercise I do during a fast is walking, the more the better though.

So no lifting while fasting. Do you get a big strength drop off?

Initially yes for a very short period. 2-3 days of feeding and I’m right back to normal. Your first couple workouts will suffer but you’ll be very surprised how fast it all comes back

Edit- I set DB bench PR 3 days after the 10 day fast
