so far fat loss has been the most noticable. now though my arms are looking pumped chest shoulders all around and my cals are still real low an im hitting cardio at least 4x a week! ~ if this stays consitent for a this week then im ordering another bottle fo sho

Cardio is an important catalyst to keep fat loss revving along, but OSTA is a really potent stimulator of this as well.

Oh, the tendon and join healing properties are something I'm going to have to talk a LOT more about as I continue my cycle in my journal and elsewhere. It's a pretty DRAMATIC benefit that is easy to overlook, because when things are nagging you, you tend to forget just how bad they WERE before the healing began!
 
Day 21 did arms blasted em. Day 22 rest day. Weight is at 185, the fat percent scale says 25 percent which is down from 27 almost 28 don't really trust that scale. Waist size is down which is most important and people are complimenting me and asking how I'm doing. Very happy so far. Still look big and waist is shrinking! Def going run it for 2 months...

Awesome man! I dropped my week experiment of 50mg per day back down to 25mg, because I actually didn't realize any increased effect. 25mg/day seems to be the best.

No way man, whenever I'm disabled or heading there from joint pain I feel like my world is collapsing. When it's over, I rejoice in the moment for the next few weeks
 
so how long does a bottle last ran at a dose to see good results from joint heeling ,fat loss etc.and do you think it is worth the high high cost.i am interrested but dang it is high.

I actually experimented with double-dosing @ 50mg/day for a week, and couldn't tell ANY improvement in efficacy over the 25mg/day standard protocol. So that being said, each bottle is a full month worth at a very good dosage per day that will yield the maximum effect.
 
very good to see the results your getting. I am either running Osta alone or with S4. Glad to see your happy with things.
 
day 26 legs. went light high reps strict form. good to switch it up shock the system. so far results are good. no sides at all. fat loss is at a decent rate. my cals r low low..think its time to up the protien intake.. going start to add 50mg of protien into the mix. dying to lose this stomach quick also dont wanna lose any size..osta is doing its job lot more vascular these last few days think the weight lose and osta play a part
 
Day 27 hit shoulders ...pushed my shoulder too hard on chest the otha day. Went light decent pump . I've def lost shoulder size..not happy bout that. C how I feel after arms today
 
The scale's BF% measurements aren't trustworthy at all. Get someone to measure your skinfolds with a caliper. That's the closest measurement you can get other than a body tank or having doctors test it.

other than that its looking good :D I'm thinking of running an 8 week cycle of this stuff after 8 weeks off of Andro Mass.. looks like it's doing it's job

I read Andromass is equivalent to being on 436mg of Testosterone injections, PER WEEK! (insert crickets in background here, followed by laughter).

Anyway, eight weeks is what I plan on doing with OSTA as well, but I'm curious why eight weeks seems to be the number most often seen out there regarding cycle duration? Do SARMS cause down-regulation of ARs? Why can't a cycle be continued longer than 8 weeks?
 
im only using the scale just watch the numbers go down..whch they have. still gonna have the calipers done too just for my own mental health.

Yeah I'd say do 80mg Superdrol a day, and you'll be good to go. Alright, seriously, that was two jokes back to back, let's bring it down to eye level now.

I would have to recommend finishing your intended eight week cycle, and then boarding the PH muscle boat.

When you re-up do you know who you're going to order from yet?

I think it's because people running ostarine solo don't want to avoid having to deal with any sort of suppression (a mild T suppression is nothing a little beef-drol can't fix), and running it at 8 weeks is asking for something greater. Feel free to be the ginnie pig though =p
 
day 31 i re-up'd today...new bottle in route. i was kinda feeling discouraged lately cause a few of my friends are on heavy cycles and blowing up at a high rate!...then i looked in the mirror this morning and said this **** is doing its thing. stomach is flatting out nicely ..this stuff isnt like ph;s or roids its slow moving but effective sticking to the 8week piece...no brian storming needing brosephs lol

Also, good idea about going with SARMSSEARCH, I haven't tried any other suppliers, but I can't find any reason to switch right now whatsoever. I know Russian recommends another site pretty strongly, but he's actually the one that got me hooked on SARMSSEARCH, and they have treated me very well.

Don't worry about others around you getting large like they are in fast-forward, steroids are always out there. but I really do think you're doing it right!
 
day 31 new routine for the next 5 weeks. hit back n tris today. shoulder has been hurting again. did mostly pull-ups then rows kept it light high reps awesome pump ...went light on tris too then blasted some cardio on the treadmill closed out with abs. raised the cals up just a lil 300..so im looking more full and feel good about it. even the slightest raise in cals makes a huge difference. mostly protien anyway.

i am wondering how these sarms stacks up against the androseries stuff results wise.seeing as they are both really high priced but both sound very interesting to me for the cutting and helping me get ripped.

Day 32 hit shoulders "lightly" 60pound dumbell press is lightly.. cuz theyve been hurting, got great pumps mad veins in my traps looks sick! mid section is shrinking more and more...as far as dose 50mg is as high as i go..i actually have been dosing a little less than that..just below 1ml on the dropper..prob 35-40mgs. when i get the new bottle ill hold the dose at 50mg.
 
Awesome stuff man, i've read this thread twice lol not really knowing. I've been doing all the research I can on this stuff and order 2 bottles yesterday. One thing I was pleased about is seeing you ordered on day 31 and got it today 33, so quick ship time is great. I'll be starting this stuff on Monday hopefully if I get it, with a whole new routine and everything. Don't know what to do though, stay bulking with it or get the six pack for the summmer...meh. Maybe both, 1 bottle for a month of bulk and the other bottle for the recomp. What would you suggest man?

Stats:
185lbs up from 170 feb 17, natural, but a lot is fat I supposed. I'd say 20% body fat...just measured

For even a little more help, not expecting it any diet info would be good, I could share mine if you'd like.

Gd stuff bro ...me personally I'm running the full two months on a cut. At first I thought about doing half n half. And although Ive def dropped fat the abs aren't showing yet. I started right around ur stats too mayb lil heavier..I'm keeping cals at between 1500 to 1800 one day out of the week ill hit 2300 clean. Lots of protein ..cottage cheese at night skim milk, eggs in the morning grapefruit chicken steak salmon almonds avacodos ..etc also supplementing with luecine...as long as I'm cut by the end of this month ill be happy. It's hard for me to stick to it, i like to have size, so far I've maintained size which is what ostarine is all about
 
Thanks for the reply man, so i'll take your advise and stay on a cut the whole time, eating maybe 2000 cals per day. I really lose body weight quick so I may even have to eat more. Bulking on the other hand is tough for me, it's hard to get in 3k cals per day, I always feel full and not hungry. But yeah super stoked to see some progress from you and also excited to get my stuff in the mail!!!
 
Day 34 took a day off. Chest was what was on the schedule . Gave the shoulder the day off. Good proteins all day. Hitting arms tomorrow during the day. Return in the evening for HIIT n abs

How did your diet change when you started your cycle, and have you changed anything else?
 
Day 35 smashed arms still have a viscous pump. I lowered my cals when I started bout 500 total. Was already eating clean...got more disciplined with cardio

Lunch
Peanut Butter & Banana *1/2* - 172 cal, 8 pro, 21 carb, 9 fat
Protein Shake - 140 cal, 27 pro, 3 carb, 0 fat

Snack 2
Peanut Butter & Banana *1/2* - 172 cal, 8 pro, 21 carb, 9 fat

So before I eat my dinner for the night I have here:
1450 Calories, 150g Protein, 128g Carbs, 36g Fat

Giving myself room to eat what I want for dinner, something clean though, chicken, turkey, tuna, high in protein or some pasta, would this suffice? And does it really truly matter exactly how many macros you get, as long as I get the calories in and I eat clean?

man i would literally throw up on that diet, i can barely eat one banana without throwing up.
 
Too much potassium one bananas a day mayb two...also one to two protein drinks. I wud cook up sum chicken for the week and get that in..try almonds , tuna mix it up a lil...I do my best to get my proteins from food.
 
Power Butter is delicious - are you eating PB for taste or function? You could swap out bananas with celery to cut down on the fructose :)

Dam bro, sorry on the cold. Get down on some Zinc lozenges, those are the best for curing symptoms fo sho!

And there is only a half banana per sandwich, so 2 whole. And the reason I pick that is because it's so easy to make. I honestly sorta hate eating them already it's been over a month straight, but it's not hard to eat the same thing. And of course i'll switch it up sometime, can't do that everyday. Do you need a cheat meal?

And the 2 shakes during morning and lunch are also just half shakes
 
day 38 back n tris, cardio abs...despite being sick felt strong looked jacked up today which is always good. I looked in the mirror during my workout and thought "oh **** i look like im juicing"...thats whats up all the food i ate must have something to do with it too
 
This might sound odd, but I started noticing it after a couple weeks - but do you feel any sort of sensitivity in your teeth to cold water on OSTA?
