Ostarine-Helping with side effects and my experience

Wouldn't taking Rebirth and Sup3r-PCT be a bad a thing since both are AI's and it'll lower your E too much which would be bad for libido, etc..
 
thought what lowers estrogen is the E.Cottenii in it .. Rebirth has 300mg and Sup3r has 600mg .. I'm just going by ingredients, unless staking them is more beneficial since you're upping the dosage
 
Oh right I didn't know Sup3r-PCT has E.cottonii in it. Seems like overkill there. I dunno if too much is a bad thing or even if it makes any difference.

I didn't bother getting Sup3r PCT in the end just 2 bottles of rebirth as I managed to get some liquid nolva and clomid in the end. Probably will go with nolva and rebirth and Apex male I have in the cupboard as a test booster.

Innovapharm was known for having top of the line SARMs...score on that one! Not to take anything away from your hard work but this probably played a role in your above average success with Ostarine.

I keep hearing good things about his products too! Quality makes a big difference. Nice to see someone having great results with Ostarine...
 
Is that osta muscle? I've got a bottle each of EA liquid clomid and nolva I hope it's legit as well lol

I would stack Rebirth with a good test booster and an AI like Letrone or Iron Legion Virtus

Ive used Rebirth twice for PCT with my test booster, and also Letrone.
2nd time I used it, my test levels were 100 points higher then before I started my cycle.

If you wanted to stack Rebirth and Sup3r PCT, you could cut the Rebirth dosage in half
and run it at 1 cap a day for 8 weeks, instead of 2 caps for 4 weeks.

You guys aren't talking about *just* using OTC products to PCT from something like an 8 week cycle of 20'ish mg of Ostarine, are you?

Nolva and or Clomid could never hurt...even with Ostarine. He was originally planning on just running DAA and Arimistane for PCT so the above recommendations by vujade were certainly a significant improvement!

UncleSARM went from around 560 to high 100s IIRC, on 20mg - Ostarine is suppressive (and was, even at 3mg in the studies). He used an OTC only protocol and only managed to get back to around 470. Your body will probably do that anyway. I'd recommend going to 1200 with Clomid. But mileage may vary, rock on!
 
I actually plan on using nolva 20/20/10/10, rebirth 2/2/1/1, apex male test booster and an ai, arimistane or exemestane, from the start of 3rd week PCT for 4 weeks in case of any estrogen rebound. I'll maybe use clomid 50/50/25/25 depending on how my nuts are by the end of cycle.

This is for 3 weeks of osta followed by 4/5 weeks epistane. Does that look like a good PCT plan?
 
You can gain 6 pounds in 4 weeks but its not because of Ostarine. Ostarine doesnt even "kick" in until after 4 weeks. Simply not possible!

Probably a prohormone in those caps.

I agree that these results are very atypical and goes against my experiences. I am open to thinking it may be possible though. Kind of questioning my sources in the past now...neither of which were Innovapharm or EA.

In 2 weeks at 30mg I gained 2.5-3 pounds on osta so it is possible. I'm sure it wasn't a PH cos I felt good in that time, no dry joints or anything. The 3rd week I didn't gain much cos I went down to 10 mg as I was waiting on epi arriving to start that. Have to say pumps were far better on ostarine for some reason, I was getting a bicep pump just from mixing my protein powder in a shaker bottle. I used German Pharmaceuticals so different brand.

Sort of wished I'd stayed with the osta cos I felt I could have run it for 12 weeks and felt a lot better than epi. Tho I'm up 7 lbs in under 3 weeks I'm only gonna have another 3 at the most and sure I'll be pretty shutdown by the end of it.
 
I'm 36 as well, I'm sure Kingkahjj is a good bit younger and therefore would make good gains naturally anyway. Where did you hear it kicks in after 4 weeks I'm pretty sure that's not right?

That's my experience as well, felt it after a few days, it kicked in a lot quicker than epi. Didn't actually "feel" anything but the pumps were insane and nice steady strength and mass gains. I felt more aggressive in the gym than I do on epistane.

?? I saw you gained ten pounds on ostarine, tho only 6 was muscle you reckon? Are you claiming all of that was weeks 4-6?

I see you also said you started to feel suppressed at 4 weeks in but you do know suppression has nothing to do with something starting to work don't you? It's just your body shutting off its own production of test.

I'm just asking as you're making statements with no explanation or evidence to back them up.

Was a prohormone labeled as Ostarine.

I too thought i was getting incredible gains from Ostarine. But I know now what I took wasnt Ostarine. I have since done other runs of Osta with the real stuff and its a much different experience. If you all are confident in what your taking then so be it. Just be careful. All these supposed gyno's from Ostarine? Come on, its because it isnt Ostarine.

Actually, REAL Ostarine decreases SHBG...resulting in an increase of free test as well as estrogen. Hence the reason why some people have reported symptoms of gyno flare up.

Why would there be so many companies putting PHs in their ostarine capsules? What is there to gain from it they aren't gonna make any extra money from doing it. The only place I've seen people claiming this is on forums attached in some way to chemical research companies that are clearly faked. Someone comes on says this and that happened when they took ostarine capsules then they get told the only place to get real SARMs is their sponsor. They're told it's illegal to make SARMs in capsule form, it's not bio available in capsules and so on. It's all clearly set up.
