Ostarine for christmas!

Day 13

Took agmatine and citulline again before my workout, just to see how it would affect shoulders/ traps.

Workout:

Overhead DB press: 60s x 10, 60s x 9, 60s x 8

Standing DB shrugs: 60s x 12, 60s x 12, 60s x 10

Lateral DB raises: 25s x 10, 25s x 8, 25s x 7

Seated DB shrugs: 60s x 11, 60s x 9, 60s x 9

Barbell forward raises: just the bar x 10, x 9, x 9

Reverse Barbell shrugs: 185 x 10, 185 x 8, 185 x 8

Reverse flys: 25s x 10, 25s x 8, 25s x 6

Definitely didn't feel much of a pump, but had a pretty good workout overall.

Maybe its in my head, but I feel like I'm lookin bigger. Shoulders have really been pokin out, and I've had a couple people say I'm looking wider. Even my abs were lookin pretty defined. Weights been about the same tho, so idk. Think I might go one more week, then drop reps to 6-8, while increasing weight
 
Dose it at the normal dosage i.e. 2 tabs AM and 1 PM. As for when you want to start it, it's really up to you. If you want to stop any suppression before it starts then start it straight away if you are already noticing reduced erection strength. I noticed this around week 4 of my run but I was only running 17.5mg per day.

The all-day pumps with Osta are great and part of the bicep increase will be due to this. Unfortunately this goes away around a week after ending Osta but if you are using agmatine then you may be able to keep the pumps even after stopping Osta.

So... day 14 - rest day

I'm off work for 6 days straight, but I'm tryin to get in to workout at least 2 or 3 times. My traps are feelin pretty sore today, but my shoulders feel fine. Just worked 7 days in a row, so I'm glad to have a day off.
 
Day 15

Another rest day. Started triazole today. I don't think its supposed to kick in that fast, so its probably something else... but libido and erection strength are through the roof today. Either way, the osta hasn't ruined my sex drive. Muscles are feelin very full today. I was partying last night and actually ended up takin my shirt off and showing off (which is uncharacteristic of me). Have a permanent vein on my right bicep, like when I was on epi. Kinda feelin "alpha", which is nice. I guess the osta is working, and I'm excited to see what happens next.
 
I'm in! Glad someone is doing another "unique" log. Planning on running osta, formeron, and prolactrone if this turns out to be legit.

Day 16

Another rest day. Gonna go workout my chest and triceps tomorrow. Might pop some agmatine and citrulline and max out just to see. Id be stoked if I got 200. We'll see
 
Day 19

Finally back at work/ the gym after like 5 days off. Partied hard for new years, and now I can focus on my training.

Workout: Chest/ triceps

DB bench press: 60s x 10, 60s x 8, 60s x 8, 60s x 7

DB incline bench: 55s x 8, 55s x 8, 55s x 7

DB flys: 30s x 9, 30s x 8, 30s x 8

Overhead DB tricep extensions?: 55 x 8, 55 x 8, 55 x 6

Pec deck: 6 plates x 10, 6 x 10, 6 x 8

Dip machine: 10 plates x 9, 10 x 8, 10 x 6

Overall kind of a crappy workout. After drinking, and laying around the house for days, just wasn't ready for the gym today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

As far as the osta goes, I'm enjoying it so far. No side effects to complain about. I've been on triazole as well, and it seems that my joints are dry. Supposedly triazole isn't supposed to lower estro low enough to cause that, so maybe its just cause I've been laying around the house letting my legs get stiff. Idk, just tryin to give you guys all the details.
 
Have you noticed any tendon/ligament healing effects with Ostarine? I take the dry joints as a no, but since I plan on running some soon I figured I would ask.

my left shoulder was fkd up since June. I haven't been able to do any chest work whatsoever. It hurt to even sleep on my left side. But that pain is about 75% better now. Ostarine is good stuff

That's what I wanted to hear. I am going to run Osta and I'm hoping it will help my shoulder and knees as well
 
yeah, pretty cool. I did dips the other day for the first time in 6 months. But the ostarine did shrink ma ballz quite a bit. And I'm on test cyp, too. Oh well, I guess you take the bad with the good.

lol "I'm on test cyp and I think ostarine is shrinking my nuts!"

It's not impossible that ostarine could do so because it has been shown in larger doses to suppress natural test production, but it's not HALF as suppressive as injecting yourself with artificial test.

All trt does is bring your test levels back up to normal. So...normal test levels, normal balls. 25mg ostarine for 3 weeks, small balls. 6 days off ostarine, balls getting normal size again.
And no pct on trt because there is no post cycle. It's forever

Day 21- 3 weeks down, 3 to go. Starting the next phase of my periodization today, going a little heavier for 6-8 reps.

Workout: legs

Squats: 245 x 8, 245 x 8, 245 x 6

Leg press: 4 plates on each side (405 lbs?) x 8, 405 x 7, 455 x 6 (spotter assisted for 3 more reps)

Felt crazy dizzy after the leg press, almost couldn't continue my workout

Romanian deadlifts: 135 x 10, 155 x 8, 155 x 7 (need to work on my form)

Leg extensions/ curls superset with drop sets:

Extensions: 12 plates x 11 (drop set with 9 plates x 7, then another with 6 plates x 8) then another set with similar drop sets

Leg curls: 12 plates x 10 (drop set with 9 plates x 6, then another with 6 plates x 6) then another set with similar drop sets


My legs are freakin destroyed after that workout. Definitely gonna eat some extra calories and drink some casein protein before bed to help heal faster.

So after 3 weeks, its tough to say what results the osta has had. I stopped creatine and beta alanine a couple weeks ago, but have been maintaining all my strength, and have gained a couple pounds, so I would assume the osta is working. I'm hoping to see some strength increases in the upcoming weaks. Then I will jump back on creatine and beta alanine pct, to keep/ increase gains. I'm excited to see what happens, so stay tuned...
 
Day 22

Woke up with some sore ass legs today, but they've been worse. Me and one of my boys are planning to do maxouts on February 5th to check our progress. Might go an extra week or so on the osta so I can max out at full strength.

Workout: Back/ Biceps

Tried 2 grams of agmatine pre workout just to see...

Bent Over Rows: 135 x 7, 135 x 7, 135 x 6

1 arm DB rows?: 60 x 9, 60 x 8, 60 x 8 (gonna try 65s next time)

Lat Pulldowns: 12 plates x 9, 12 x 7, 12 x 7

Concentration Curls: 30 x 8, 30 x 6, 30 x 6 ( did some partial reps after failure)

Hammer Curls: Was gonna use 35s since im doing less reps, but some guy took em... so I had to use 30s with a few more reps
30s x 10, 30s x 8, 30s x 7 (drop set with 20s for 6 more reps)

Arms were looking/ feeling jacked at this point. Veins were poppin out harder than ever. Even the people at work were like "holy hell, look at those arms". The osta/ agmatine gave some serious pumps today.

btw, showed up to work this morning at 184.4, up 4.4 lbs already. and after eating and a protein shake, I hit 187. Feels good to see the numbers go up. A little disapointed that my strength hasn't gone up, but as I stated before, I'm not on creatine/beta alanine anymore, so maintaining all my strength is still good. I think I might jump back on it in a couple of weeks and get back to normal before maxouts, so then I'll know how much the Osta did. make sense?
 
Looks good bro. What's your Ostra dosage at now and do you keep up with cals? Is your diet strict and are you doing a recomp or bulking? Thanks.

thank you. Been running 25mg a day since day one. I don't count calories unless I'm cutting (which I'm not). I just eat a bunch, and drink 1500 cals worth of homemade weight gainer shakes. They don't fill me up at all, so I usually want to eat within an hour after drinking one. My diet could be better, but I'm not eating a bunch of candy and drinking sodas. I'm doing my winter bulk, and am trying to minimize fat gains. I've definitely put on a few % bf since the end of my last cut at 166, but I'm staying lean enough that the fat isn't bothering me, and making me want to cut already. I'm planning to keep bulking til March- april, then cut and hopefully get to like 6% bf by July 4th. we'll see...
 
Day 23

Couldn't help but weigh myself today... ate a bowl of cereal, then went to work and weighed in at 186! I'm stoked.

Felt like a pretty good workout today. Definitely need to switch up my exercises. I never realize it til I'm done, but I do damn near the same thing every week (but adding more weight because of my periodization).

Flat bench: 165 x 8, 165 x 7, 165 x 5 (then did negatives with assistance on the way up for 2 more reps)

Decline bench: 155 x 7, 155 x 6, 155 x 6

Incline flys: 30s x 8, 30s x 8, 30s x 6 (spotter assisted for 2 more reps)

Pec deck: 6 plates x 10, 6 x 8, 6 x 8

Skull crushers: 55 x 8, 55 x 6, 55 x 6 (spotter assisted for 3 more reps)

Overhead DB tricep extensions: 40 x 10, 40 x 9, 40 x 6


Had a great workout today. Haven't hit 165 for 8 reps on the bench since I was on epi. Having a spotter today was great cause he helped me get several extra reps (and we all know those make a big difference).

Overall sense of well being today. Really happy with the results so far, and I know its only going up from here. Gonna try some ab work tomorrow. Any suggestions?
 
Day 25

Accidentally forgot my change of clothes when I went to the gym/ work today, so I didn't want to sweat like crazy and wear those clothes all day. I just did some calf work. Bout to have 2 days off in a row also, so I'll be back in the gym Friday. Might hit some deadlifts with my new wrist straps...
 
Day 28

Weighed in at 183 when I got to the gym... a little disapointed, but I know weight fluctuates. Decided to do some deadlifts today (my kryptonite)

Workout: deadlifts/ legs

Deads: 245 x 8, 245 x 7, 245 x 5

Leg press: 405 x 8, 405 x 7, 455 x 6 (spotter assisted for 2 more reps)

Bout passed out again when I stood up... maybe I need to eat more before lifting so heavy.

DB lunges: 55s x 8, 55s x 7

Leg extensions/ curls supersets

Extensions: 13 plates x 10, 13 x 10 (drop set with 10 plates for a few more reps, then 7 plates for a few more)

Curls: 13 plates x 11, 13 x 10 (drop set with 10 plates for a few more reps, then 7 plates for a few more)

Could hardly walk after those drop sets. Legs were on fire, and my back was feelin worn out from the deadlifts. My new wrist straps make a world of difference, and I was able to concentrate on the lifts, instead of worrying about holding on to the bar.
 
Day 29- week 5

Lower back is pretty damn sore today so had to plan my workout around it.

Workout: Back/ biceps

T bar rows: 65 x 8, 65 x 7, 65 x 7

Lat pulldowns: 14 plates x 8, 14 x 8, 14 x 6

Chin ups: body weight x 8, x 7, x 7

Straight arms cable pulldowns?: 10 plates x 8, 10 x 6, 10 x 6, 10 x 5

Incline DB curls: 30s x 8, 30s x 7, 30s x 7

Concentration curls: 30s x 8, 30s x 7

Hammer curls: 35s x 8, 35s x 7 (drop set with 25s x 8 more reps, then another drop set with 20s x 8 more reps)

ate a bunch of pasta a couple hours before my workout, and then took some agmatine and citrulline pre workout for a good pump... and I got one. Arms felt like they were gonna pop after my drop sets. Not as many veins as I was hoping for, but enough.

Pistol I switched up work outs this run with Osta and did Brock Lesnar workout... None of the grappling stuff, but definelty put on some size with his format. Simple and legs twice a week. It's good sh!t. Just a option to check out.

No spotter today, so couldn't go completely to failure on flat bench, but still put up some of the best numbers of my life! I can't believe I'm using 70s on incline DB bench... awesome. People keep telling me I'm looking bigger. I'm up about 5 or 6 lbs since I started Osta, and I'm up about 12 lbs since I started my bulk in November. I'm very pleased thus far, and I can't wait to start creatine and see where my numbers are.
 
Day 32

Got like 5 compliments about looking bigger today, but my weight's about the same. I wonder if I will stop seeing weight gain as my reps decrease/ intensity increases...

Workout: shoulders/ traps

Worked out with my buddy today, and I just followed his workout because I need to change mine up. He does less sets, but pushes past failure... it was intense.

Overhead DB press: 70s x 8 (spotter assisted for 2 more reps)

Seated lateral DB raises: 20s x 10, 30s x 7 (spotter assisted for 3 more reps)

D- handle lateral cable raises (1 arm at a time) : 2.5
plates x 8 (spotter
assisted for 4
more reps)

That last workout was unbelievable. My shoulders were on fire. Haven't felt a burn like that in forever. Switch to traps.

Day 33-

Surprised my shoulders weren't sore today since they were burning so badly yesterday. Traps are a little sore. Decided to do forearms and calves for a change. Honestly I have no idea what some of these workouts are called, but I'll try to describe em.

Reverse barbell curls? Where you do curls where your hands go over the bar instead of under. 55 x 8, 55 x 7, 55 x 7

Seated calf raises: 115 x 12, 115 x 10, 115 x 8 (10 second rest, then another set) 115 x 6 (short rest), 115 x 7(short rest) 115 x 5 (short rest) 115 x 5 (short rest) x 4. Totally burnt out

Barbell behind the back wrist curls? Standing with the bar behind me, arms down, palms of hands facing away from my body. 65 x 10, 65 x 8, 65 x 8

Kneeling barbell wrist curls: 45 x 10, 45 x 8, 45x 7

Forearms were feeling pumped like never before. Felt like I had a knot in the muscle or something.

Was a low strain, but very effective workout. Good day
 
Day 36- first day of week 6

Starting lower reps today (3-5) with heavier weight. Going to include a couple of sets of 8-10 reps to preserve muscle size while increasing strength

Workout: back/ biceps

Bent over rows: 155 x 5, 155 x 5, 155 x 4, 155 x 3, 115 x 9

Wide grip pullups: x 5, 5, 4

Low rows: 245 x 10, 245 x 8, 245 x 8

Straight arms cable pulldowns: 10 plates x 6, 10 x 5, 10 x 5

Hammer curls: 40s x 6, 40s x 5, 40s x 5

Concentration curls: 35 x 6, 35 x 5, 35 x 5 (drop set with 25 x 6 more reps)

Incline bar bench: 135 x 8, 135 x 6, 135 x 5, 95 x 10

Dips (leaning forward): x 6, x 5

Cable flys (pulling downward to work lower chest): 4 plates x 8, 7, 7

Skull crushers: 45 x 10, 9, 7 (spotter assisted for 2 more reps)

Cable tricep extensions: 8 plates x 8, 8, 7 (drop set with 6 plates x 6 more, then 4 plates x 6 more, then 2 plates for 10 more).

Triceps were destroyed after those drop sets. Set a new PR on bench, so today rocked! I'm loving the osta. Libido has been great (I'm sure triazole has helped a lot), lifts have been great, and I've been gettin bigger. I'm tempted to jump back on the creatine and get SWOLL.
 
Great results so far. I think I'll have to include some Triazole in my next run of Ostarine as I noticed some suppression with Osta after 4 weeks so if your libido is still going strong after 5 weeks then the Triazole must really be helping.
