Wasn’t sure where to post this but is 25mg a day still recommended to take for a cut just to preserve muscle mass? Or would I be fine with just 12.5 mg? Planning to take for 8-12 weeks
I'm 5 1/2 weeks in and started with 12.5 week 1, 20weeks 2&3, and now 25mg 4&5, and haven't lost a bit of lean mass. Down 8lbs overall and look bigger in the mirror. Caliper says I'm down approx. 2% bodyfat.
