I'm gonna take ostarine and I'm looking up and the PCT for it is confusing. Do you need a serm or is an OCT PCT good enough. Also any staples or liver guard needed? 4 week cycle.

Don't need an on cycle or liver support. I always recommend a SERM for pct. Only insures proper recovery. 3 weeks is probably good enough for the SERM along with an otc product/test booster like Sup3r PCT.
It's also a good idea to have an AI on hand for the cycle as many experience estrogen sides with Osta.
Yes serm. I personally would run supports and proper pct. It can cause a slight rise in ast/alt levels but is not inherently liver toxic. I like taking all precautions when it comes to my organs but its not a must. As far as serm basically treat it like a mild ph. At 4 weeks it can shut some down pretty hard. Serm, viron, inhibit e, and reduce xt for pct.
Agreed with above... I finished my osta run yesterday and show all signs of light suppression... I'm sure you would most likely recover in time with otc products but a serm will give you far better results.
This.
Four weeks is to short. Make a blood work, then you will be on the safe side. In my case, DAA and some test booster was everything I needed (also in a Osta and S4 combo).
I agree wirh smont. In case of doubt or if you can't afford a blood work (which would be a joke, if you can afford some SARM you also are able to afford some dollars in at least one main value: the LH. costs about two to ten dollars) than take proven SERM instead of still not well researched OTC products.
If you are prone to estrogen, than why using Epistane? You will see that the impact on estrogen effects will be higher than always said.
Me personally am doing every time a blood work when using anabolic compounds. I have the full control and can decide how to interact. As said, more than DAA and a test booster was never necessary (but also used SARM only).
