Hi Everyone,
1. I decided to do Ostarine before sleep, and think it works better than in the morning.
2. I say this for three reasons:
a. People do report a mild fatigue or lethargy with Ostarine. That is actually a decent thing for people who want to sleep.
b. With TRT or prohormones, I can see why taking it in the morning is best. The body's production is low, and half-lifes are much shorter than the 24 hours of Ostarine. A person would not want to take at night, when the body is already starting to release more anabolic hormones. However, with Ostarine, it may not matter.
c. Sleep quality seems better
3. Of course, I'll need bloodwork to see effects and fully understand reward-risk and reward-damage ratios.
4. What do you guys think?
