So I injured my shoulder about a yr ago and the pain is creeping back up again i got aroma & osta on hand but here is my question.

If i use aromasin with the osta and me e gets low won't it mess my joints up again?

It could make your joints dry, therefor uncomfortable.

I would suggest using a joint supplement with fish oil. Between the two (in conjunction with sarms or not) it should make your joints feel better and more lubricated.

At least this is what has helped me with my shoulder. A Glucosamine supplement and some fish oil.

Ok but wont the sarm heal it? Or at least make it better?

I've read some threads online claiming so. But I didn't really notice much change when I ran osta myself

But with that being said, I haven't been to the doctor or done anything to know for sure. I'm just judging by feel.

I could be wrong on this, but ostarine did make my bum shoulder's pain vanish immensely. I was on for 8 weeks and came off for a break. Since then I've felt like I've been hit by a bus in my back and my shoulder issue has come up again. I'm convinced from experience that osta does not heal, but gives a masking effect.

Some theorize that since Osta increases estrogen, it's the extra estrogen that causes the joint relief. But I've only seen anecdotal evidence to support this.

What is wrong with your shoulder? Have you had xrays or mri?
