Vision sides from s4 are not worth it IMO and a majority will say the same . Osta is really good for retaining muscle while in a steep caloric deficit . If I where you I'd do osta at 20mgs for 6-8 weeks but you can use as little as 5mgs . Pct is necessary when ever you take anything exogenous that effects the hpta. So the basic 50/50/25/25 of clomid or nolva will do fine . How many cycles have you done ? Age? How long have you been lifting?
Lifting in and off for years. Just getting back in to the hang of things. Never done a cycle. I'm 25 and lifted all through out high school and college football
