Just started taking Ostar1ne for the first time and I am taking 20mg a day I plan on running it until the bottle is gone which would be 8 weeks is this a good idea and do I need a PCT after I am done or should I run it for a 4 week cycle please any help would be grateful

This be in the anabolics section since Ostarine is a drug. Yes you need a PCT. You'll need a SERM for PCT.

From what I've read your going to need super PCT and some clomid. 3 to 4 weeks is what I've read. And run 8 weeks for the SARM. This is what someone else just ran:

Ostar1ne: 10mg for 6 weeks

PCT:
Exemestane 12.5mg 2 weeks, 6.25mg 2 weeks, 6.25mg eod 1 week.
DAA, Ashwghanda, L-Dopa, Stinging Nettle for 4 weeks


Then someone else ran the following:


Weeks 1-6 OL ostarine 15/20/20/20/20/20
Weeks 1-6 OL eliminate 2 caps
Weeks 7-10 OL super pct 10 caps
Weeks 7-10 cemproducts tamox 20/20/10/10

yes you will need a pct for ostarine.

For pct I would recommend either AlphaMax or Sup3r PCT in addition to a serm( a serm just to be safe)
AlphaMax contains many test boosting ingredients alongside F95, and 75mg of arimistane to help control e, l-dopa and zma to support sleep and prolactin control and as such is an All in One very affordable product to run in pct

not really. Some injectables need time before starting pct

Get clomid and a test booster. Might want to look into an AI to run on cycle. Some people get estro sides with osta. Run 20mg ed for 6-8 weeks
