Ostalean & Androvar (Epiandrosterone) 8 week stack

Just finished legs up tonight. Not sure why but this week has been pretty rough. Shoulders are sore everyday, feeling tired and irritable, and my work outs are not feeling as good. I'm still seeing some improvement on certain things, but nothing on my main lifts. Had some pretty sleepless nights as well which I think is the main reason I feel like this. Pretty much I just feel achey & can't get to sleep, constantly waking up. Almost like I have a flu. I guess to make it to the last week before feeling this way though I'm doing pretty good & I've been pushing my lifts to the max every week so my body may just be saying I need a damn break! Lol

I'm thinking a deloading week is in order for my first week of PCT. Opinions?
 
Edit** Final weight 196.5lbs. Gained 9.5lbs

Today finsed my 8 week log & cycle. I will edit and add my final weight Monday which will finish my supplements & 8 weeks. I added my workout weekly log and a log showing my gains made while on cycle.

I really enjoyed this cycle up until the last week on and I'll get to that soon.

Pro's I noticed some great pumps & hardening, lean muscle gained, alpha mentality while working, desire to push forward, and very little fat gain while bulking.
Cons- Alot of vivid dreams, slight mood swings and aggression but easily containable (I'm a very mellow guy), and the last week or two on my sleep quality really fell off with bad body aches in my back & shoulders. I will say this could be from pushing myself every day and every week also.

Now it's time to regroup on my workout & keep what I've gained.
 
I think I've decided to run 6-8 weeks of LGD bridged into 6 weeks of Halo & Tren stacked. Still plenty of time left before I run my next cycle though to adjust it around.
 
Just updating how PCT is going. This week has been kind of a rollercoaster in the gym. Some days good others not so great. But I did work back today with my younger brother and hit 315x6 with one or two left in the tank and 365x2 on deadlifts. That better than my last week on cycle so I'm stoked. Weight is holding pretty steady at 196 today.
 
Starting third week of PCT. So far everything is holding steady which I'm very happy from what most report happen during PCT. Weight today was 197lbs and my strength is all over +/- the same every week on every movement.

I decided to not do a deloading week because I'll be going out of town next week with no gym within an hour of where I'll be so figured that would be a great rest week as long as my body held out.

Flat Bench- 5x3/1x10. (185, 225, 245, 255,265, 225) only got 9x225

Me personally, yes I do. I consider myself a beginner with only one previous cycle under my belt. Everything went very smooth & easy while on cycle and feel like I can say the same recovering on PCT.

My only negative I noticed is by week 6 on the Epi my shoulders started drying and hurting & I could only sleep on my back, never my side for pain. After coming off within a week everything was good.
 
Post #1 & #4 has my cycle & PCT layout minus the Animal M Stak in PCT decided to hold out on that for after PCT. If your looking for info other than what's on those hit me up, glad to help.
 
Posting just to give some final results of my PCT. Just took my last caps of BLR's Rebirth with a few days of Viron left, and few weeks of Letrone remaining (only taking 1 cap/ day).

Last day of my PCT without bloods all I can guess from my gains kept is I've made a good recovery. I tipped the scales at 194.5 lbs meaning I lost 2 lbs during PCT & my strength has held to increased a little in everything but arm workouts. Close hand grip has dropped about 10 lbs & curls about the same on heavy BB preacher curls. Happy with the results from my cycle & BLR products for my PCT.
