It's one of those grey areas. Some say it's great for maintaining gains, some think that it continues to suppress the HPTA aka continuing to shut you down. I've used it in post cycle with clomid and I got stronger and maintained good mass with a good diet. Never got bloods done to prove it.

Right. I wasn't sure if I should pick up a bottle to help stabilize my last cycle.

Would you recommend even a low dose of Osta?
 
10 mg is great for pct. Strength is still going up and I'm shredding in pct.

Nice. I'll grab a bottle. Can I run it with SERM or no?

Same here haha. I accidentally gained almost 18 lbs on my cycle (which is ok, just can't see my abs anymore :( ) and now I'm looking to cut some of that fat off.
 
what did you run?

I ran M-Sten at 20/20/24
EPI 0/30/30/40/40/50
And 1 Andro at 400/400/400/600/600

The carb cravings were unreal.
 
just do fasted cardio in the morning, and you'll lose a dec amount of body fat :p lay off the pasta though haha

Haha I only eat rice. I'll cut it back some.
 
That sounds like a good way to catabolize muscle. I do no cardio besides metabolic conditioning and am shredding 0.75-1% a week currently during pct.

What kind of diet?

And are you running Osta as well I can't remember.

Really? I've never lost muscle doing cardio while on cycle or even using something like EC or alphamine.

I still like doing cArdio regardless.

Well you shouldn't if you hit your protein. But it does depend on the length of cardio fasting.
 
As an update, I just got the Osta ordered (just bought a new house and I don't have internet there yet).
