Osta Rx/Liquid S4 log

Alright PCT is officially over now, just finishing up my erase. Had a good workout this weekend but ate like sh*t, the RU grease trucks are moving so this was my last chance to get a fat sandwich lol... Anyways this week I need to hit quads hard and then the rest of this week I'm going to deload with some extra cardio thrown in. I did some arms over the weekend without my elbows killing me so I want to make sure they get some rest before I regularly throw in some curls and tricep extensions.

Thanks man I plan to lol... Going to take this week to do some body weight workouts and cardio to give my body a break. Everything feels good but I feel like I can't let myself get over confident and try something I shouldn't. I figure a deload week should give me a solid reminder to not go to crazy, increase reps or sets before adding more weights to the bar.

Deloading does the body good bro, its a must for me.

I got in my last heavy workout before deload. It was a great workout except for this guy taking up the squat rack to do like 10 sets of squats lol... I guess I can't be mad at him though, I needed the bar for dead lifts but all of them were being taken up so I had to start the workout with Db walking lunges. That pretty much killed me for deads... Anyways all is well, elbows still feel good and I still feel strong. Hopefully I'll be saying the same thing a month or so from now.

I think you'll b fine, just don't try any crazy sh*t lol

Lol yea man deads after walking lunges is a bad idea... I was completely wiped when I tried to do them, I should of did calves or something first instead.

Recomp is going well, I'm still making good gains and looking a bit leaner (I'll have to post updated pics for proof). I stepped up the cardio during this deload week and am hoping to keep up with it better than I have been. I'm not sure if it is the cissus or what but my elbows have been so good that I can actually do curls comfortably again with decent weight. Hoping to keep it going.

Had a good back workout last night, would have done more but cutting cals and carbs makes things tough lol. Between the diet and the Erase I have definitely leaned out and am looking better in the mirror after my workouts. I'll have to check the bf% again at the end of this week to see where I'm at now.

So last night didn't go to well. I don't think I ate enough throughout the day and felt like sh*t by the time I got home so I decided to skip the gym. I have a wedding and a rafting trip this weekend so I really need to bust my a** tonight at the gym. I got in my back workout already this week but I'm trying to figure out if I should keep focus on my splits or try to get the rest of my weekly workouts done tonight. In other words just do legs tonight or try to do both legs and chest???

I'd just do both and take extra preworkout lol.

Haha that's pretty much what I ended up doing. I was hurting pretty good trying to tough out legs and chest in the same workout lol

Been a little bit since I updated, work is keeping quite busy the past few weeks... I had some good workouts this weekend and am still going strong even after PCT. I've definitely lost more %BF since I last posted pics up here and the recomp is still going good. Tendonits has stayed at bay for the most part, I've been back to doing pull ups, bicep curls, and tricep extensions once a week with very minimal aches. I'm still taking it slow but everything is going good. The only thing left for this log now is to figure when I'm going to do a similar cycle again?
