Osta Rx/Liquid S4 log

Nice man, glad to hear your still kicking a**. Never used Formasurge or any topical before. Do you prefer them or just this particular product? Been looking at a few things that seem great but are expensive, ArA, UR spray to name a few.

This is my first topical and I love it bro. Formasurge is the sh*t and it last forever, even at 4 pumps/day it will last for 2 months. Trust me 4 pumps is a lot too cuz this stuff is strong. I would definitely stack all three.
 
So I wanted to hold out until I was sure but it seems that the tendonitis is flaring up again... Nothing serious but considering it was almost non existent while using osta I figure it would be worth noting. It could also be a side effect of the PCT drying me out a bit.

Haha all types of $ as well, ArA and ABE alone would be at least $100 for a month even from the cheapest places on the web. Lately I haven't been able to find any decent deals or coupon codes from any of the supplement sites. Unless its for like herbal teas or some no name brand of stuff i don't need lol.

Lol its tough when you can't take them year round though... I had a huge stock pile because of an error from a site I order from and they just told me to keep it. To bad the stuff was a shady mix of 3 PH's that'd make you s*** your liver out if you took them together lol.

Stuff was called Try-Methyl Extreme by EPG, I never heard of the company before.

7.5 MG Methylstenbolone
15 MG Max LMG
15 MG Epistane
 
That actually would kick ass at 3 caps a day. The MLMG wouldn't do anything though, under dosed.

To be honest I'm not all that familiar with everything in here, other than EPI which is great. Did a quick google search and recalled someone saying that it could be pretty harsh on the liver and just decided against using it. I put it up for sale a while ago but still no buyers, maybe I should put it up on the forum actually...
 
Been dealing with some stress for the past week and it has definitely affected my sleep. I've been lethargic the past few days but am going to try and push thru a session at the gym tonight. It is the middle of week 2 of PCT, other than my personal issues PCT has gone well. I just need to get to the gym and continue the routine.
 
After a 6 week run of Osta i'm surprised you want to run another cycle of anything so soon, especially if you were shut down.

I ran a test booster and Formestane all the way through. If I was shut down I certainly didn't feel it. Lethargy was the biggest problem. I needed an afternoon nap or a strong stim to keep going.

Its nothing that tudca can't handle. Even 2 caps would give nice results but I'd run 3 caps for 6 weeks. You'd blow up

Hmmm I'll have to check the expiration on the bottles... After this run though I'm not so sure about PH's anymore, especially after being shutdown by SD that was terrible lol.
 
PCT is going good so far. Over the weekend I saw some family I hadn't seen in a while and they all commented on how I bulked up and leaned out, made me pretty good actually lol. I think I have cut up a bit during the PCT but I'll have to post up some progress pics to be sure. Elbows have been feeling dry from time to time but it has been going away faster than it had in the past. Strength and stamina are still good, hoping to keep my gains and continue to lean out.

Yea man one of the best PCT's so far... Maybe Erase along with LCLT isn't all just a bunch of hype.
 
Had a sweet back workout last night. It has been tougher to get motivated for the gym lately so I decided to use some DMAA last night with my PWO and no issues with sleep or anything. I'm thinking the osta or S4 (leaning towards the S4) increased my sensitivity to it for the time I was using it. Might also explain why I have felt the need for lots of coffee at work lately lol. Other than that though PCT is still going great, I'm keeping strong and the tendonitis has stayed at bay even during my heavy lifts last night.

Nice man! Yea it feels good to be making gains well into PCT. I'm going to try and post some pics over the weekend to see if any of those gains are showing yet lol.

It is no where near as bad this morning but I'll probably skip out on any pulling workouts for at least a week before starting slow again. Other than this set back PCT has been really good, I hit a new PR on leg press the other day so I'm pretty happy about that. Hopefully the arms heal up quick and I can get back to it.

Nah I just picked up some today, gonna use 3-4g a day from here on out until it calms down again lol. I went with a couple aspirin last night to avoid having it get any worse. Also going to make sure I follow through with stretches and ice this coming week.

Got some chest in over the weekend, not the best workout I've had but good enough considering I drank the night before and didn't eat to much before hitting the gym. Other than that the tendonitis has stopped bugging me for the moment. I've been taking cissus as well as doing some of those stretches and a bit of the massaging around the area where it hurts. Still not taking any chances though, I'll wait to test it at the end of this week. In the meantime I'll pick up some extra cardio and stuff. Didn't get a chance to take pics this weekend but I will post more progress pics soon.

So far not sure if the cissus is helping or the elbows just needed a few days off but they are feeling fine now. Still gonna hold off on back/bi's for another 2 days or so... Been hitting the cardio a bit harder this week and trying hard to focus more on the diet. Most of what I eat for lunch includes some form of rice which I've been able to replace with a veggie option. Trying to figure out where else I can make a simple difference like that and continue with the recomp. Also my gym finally got one of those electronic body fat meters so I plan on using that as a gauge to see if I'm losing fat. Aside from all this PCT has been good, I started up some tribulus this past week since I am almost out of ultra male and HCgenerate.

Everything felt good and on my heavy lifts I felt great, probably could of done a lot more but I'll make up for that next week.PCT is still going good except I forgot to take my Erase yesterday (ooops)... Also I took a body fat measurement the other day on one of those electrconic things and it says I'm at 23%. Looking at my pics I guess that makes sense, over the next few weeks I'll try to get that down some more. I would ideally like to be 12-15% and maintain that but for the short term I'll make my goal to get down to 20%.

Lol to be honest I have no idea how long it is supposed to take? I want to maintain 220lbs while losing body fat so I'd imagine trying to lose some bf% is going to take me a bit longer than if I just decided to drop weight.

I feel ya bro lol. This week for me has had no diet restrictions, since I start prepping again come Monday. I've just been eating everything, I needed a break from cutting.

Lol it has been a long time since I've done a cut... I've been reluctant to do one because I'm afraid to lose any hard earned muscle and of course I love my junk food :D

Yea man for your weight you are jacked man... This is week 4 of PCT for me and my final week of clomid. I'll continue with 2 Erase a day until they are just about gone. Once I have a few left I'll go down to 1 per day for a week. Beyond that I'll continue the recomp natty for a while and when get ready for the next cycle maybe in October but haven't decided yet. I would probably do the same osta rx and S4 cycle but I would do the full dose of each for 6 weeks.

Had an awesome leg workout last night the quads are really feeling it today. This coming sunday will wrap up PCT and I will have to rely on good old will power to continue crushing the weight in this recomp. At the moment elbows are feeling good again so I may dabble with a light arms day this week to see how it goes.

U got this bro no worries. I had a sick ass leg workout 2day. A scoop of C4 and 20mg of cialis had the pumps unbearable lol.

Had about as good of a workout as I could yesterday for back. Unfortunately this week hasn't been going in my favor so I was completely exhausted hitting the gym last night but at least I got it in. Sunday will end the Clomid and I'll just be down to 2 Erase per day until I have 7 left and then I will drop to 1 per day.
