Osta Rx/Liquid S4 log

I plan to lol. I have enough of everything to run the osta at 20mg and the S4 at 50mg per for the next 10 days so i should be good to finish this by the 4th. I figure It'll be better this way because finishing this stuff on that weekend will be a waste if I'm just hanging out. So at the moment that is the plan starting today. I will also start dosing my 3g DAA for PCT.

That's what's up. 10 more days to wreck sh*t bro, put in work.
 
I forgot to mention this earlier, so yesterday my allergies were kicking in so I took a clariton d which has 120 mg pseudoephedrine sulfate. I drank about 30+ ounces of coffee throughout the work day and took 25mg DMAA with the 30mg S4 PWO. I do not recommend this, made me overly jittery like I was about to have a panic attack after my workout. Luckily after I ate and took an aspirin that feeling subsided but it is worth noting that i believe the osta/S4 does make me more sensitive to other stims... Especially DMAA for some reason.

I regularly use 25mg DMAA with 100-200mg caffeine just fine but since using the SARMs I haven't bothered with the DMAA because it did something similar before. I forgot and I was so tired last night that I decided to throw it in my PWO and sure enough it happened lol. I wonder if others have experienced this.

When I was on ECA I did notice a greater stim effect with the addition of S4.

Weird... Ephedra and DMAA are chemically similar if I'm not mistaken.
 
Started loading 3g DAA yesterday along with 1 cap Ultra Male Rx in preparation for PCT. I figure I only got about 10 days left so may as well get that going. I decided to run the clomid at a low dose something like 14mg for 30 days just as a precaution. So my PCT will look like this

Clomid 14mg

Ultra Male Rx 1 cap
HCgenerate 1 cap (I only have 30 caps left)
Erase 3 caps

Yea with all that natty stuff plus the Erase i don't think it'll be a problem at all. On top of that i haven't felt or noticed any signs of suppression but I figure just in case my test did take a small dip its worth it to just do it.

Felt tired as hell yesterday but knew I had to get into the gym, once I was there I killed chest and shoulders. Strength and endurance are still just getting better and better. Only slept 6hrs though so I'm really beat today lol... I'm going to have to push myself to hit the gym tonight even if it is just to do some cardio.

Hellz yeah. I've been off ECA for almost a week now. I tried that ABSolute Xtreme Fuel or whatever its called yesterday for cardio day, it had me sweating pretty good.

Man it looks like they even through the kitchen sink in that formula lol. The real question is can you fall asleep if you take that stuff at like 6-7pm? That has been a problem with my PWO's since the start of this cycle which is why I've stayed away from the DMAA. Hoping that will change once I'm finished.

Lol yeah you're right. It did make me feel good though, a nice uplift in my mood. I took it actually at around 6 but I go to sleep very late so I was fine. Yeah I hate DMAA though it just makes me feel wrong.

Yea unfortunately I need to be in bed by 11ish so I can at least get in ~6hrs of sleep. I can't hit the gym until 8ish during the week because of work and the PWO's with caffeine or other stims have been keeping me up lately.

Yeah I'd never sleep if I was in your shoes then. I already have insomnia, I can never go to sleep at a decent time.

Lol I wish I had that problem, one guy at my work gets 3-4hrs of sleep a night and functions just fine. IDK how he does it lol.
 
So I've been really busy but this stuff is great so far I got down to 193 while cutting at the beginning and within the past couple of days got back to 199 it might be water but I'm definitely getting strength gains and my vascularity is much better.
 
I got home last night and was just to beat to make it to the gym so I rested up. Today I plan to make up for it with a big leg workout doing squats, deads, walking lunges, leg press, calf press and seated calf raises.

Had some awesome workouts over the weekend. Since the end of the cycle is coming I have some progress pics to upload. I'll keep this log going well into PCT and probably for a month or so after just to report if I've kept gains, tendonitis issues, etc... For now though nothing else new to report S4 has been the ultimate pre workout and osta has been keeping my recovery and stamina up.

Had an awesome holiday weekend and officially started PCT yesterday. Completely forgot to log workouts and forget trying to keep track of what I ate lol... I'm still not looking bad though and have some progress pics to post later today. I've been slacking with those but will definitely get them up later today. Also noticed the vision issue with S4 over the break, I was outside in the sun for a while and went inside and it took my eyes a lot more time to adjust but nothing serious. Wish I could of seen what my pupils were doing at the time to see if it is taking longer for them to adjust or if it is something else in the eyes? I don't think I've seen anyone log that piece of info which might be good to know.

Yea I upped the dose a bit and never noticed that until I was out in the bright sun for a while and then went inside. It's all good though, I'm off it now so that problem should clear up after a few days from what most people say. If the pupils are reacting slow though it could help someone smarter than me figure out how to prevent this from happening.

Yeah it wasn't a big deal for me either, I had no problems at night with my vision.

If I do this again the one thing I'm going to have to do is lay out a better plan for both my diet and my workouts, not that my workouts have been bad but I'm sure there is room for improvement. My diet is the tough one though but I really need to get a better grip on it. I'll continue to post progress pics during PCT. I need to keep myself motivated lol
 
Weight didnt change at all, I've been between 218-225 the whole time. The mornings that both sets of pics were taken I was 222lbs.
 
How much did your bf drop?

Unfortunately I don't have any way to tell, my gym is small and they dont even have one of those electronic bf calculators. I'm really just going by appearance, the side by side of the first pics I uploaded and the latest ones do show a difference. I am more defined now and from what I can tell it looks like especially my back and legs have changed.
 
Nothing new to report in PCT but i will note that I upped the fish oil from my normal 2g ED to 6g ED just to battle the joint dryness that Erase can cause. I haven't noticed it but I keep reading that if you have joint issues just up the fish oil and you won't have any problems.

The fish oil helps. I definitely have dry joints from low estrogen right now myself.
 
Had an awesome leg workout yesterday but my knee started bugging me a little after leg extensions. Not sure if it is dry joints though since I don't do leg extensions very often. Libido was definitely up yesterday and this morning so far. If I have time later today I want to post up all the workouts with dates that I did while on the S4/osta just to see the progression throughout the cycle.
 
Sorry for the lack of update on this the past few days but I've been dealing with some personal stuff at home. Managed to get in a nice back workout yesterday though. Did more workouts than usual and changed up the reps and weight a bit, felt good to change it up. Other than that PCT is going well.

Strength is definitely still there at the moment and I actually feel that the Erase is cutting me up a bit even while staying at 220lbs. Very pleased with the PCT and overall cycle so far. How's things on your end going?
 
I terminated my Ostarine + Compound 20 cycle about a week ago. Lethargy was too much. I leaned out a bit but that's about all I noticed from a 6 week cycle. I have a bottle of LGD 4033. I plan running it in about a month or so. I will start at 3mg and increase to 5mg over a 5-6 week period. Most people report an increase in energy while on cycle.
 
I terminated my Ostarine + Compound 20 cycle about a week ago. Lethargy was too much. I leaned out a bit but that's about all I noticed from a 6 week cycle. I have a bottle of LGD 4033. I plan running it in about a month or so. I will start at 3mg and increase to 5mg over a 5-6 week period. Most people report an increase in energy while on cycle.

After a 6 week run of Osta i'm surprised you want to run another cycle of anything so soon, especially if you were shut down.

Nice man, glad to hear your still kicking a**. Never used Formasurge or any topical before. Do you prefer them or just this particular product? Been looking at a few things that seem great but are expensive, ArA, UR spray to name a few.
