Osta Rx/Liquid S4 log

That's good to hear. Sanity is very important, which can b very hard for many to keep while using AAS. I personally needed a long break. I'm not using gear again til November after my shows. I highly doubt tren would b good for me this year while prepping, talk about a basket case lol.

I actually had some mood swings just using CEL's Mdrol lol. Luckily I didn't have incidents at work but being in a small office while on something like that is bad news, plus now I have a gf who has been supportive this whole time knowing that I'm using SARMs. I have some Hdrol and Furuza-A sitting around that I'm not sure if I'll use knowing that this is going so well.

Yeah I have depression and Superdrol just makes me worse lol. Then epi makes me very angry and naturally I'm very mellow, but my anxiety has gotten worst as of the past several months so I gotta b careful. Yeah I feel u bro. Why bother with PHs if this is going so good.
 
Forgot to note, this past week I have limited my DMAA usage to the weekend only. Last week I was having some trouble getting to bed not sure if the S4 or osta somehow increased my sensitivity to it. I usually mix 25mg DMAA and 100mg caffeine with my pre workout drink. Last week I have used only the 100mg caffeine and it seems to have helped with the sleeping issue.

Yeah I hate DMAA, it gives me headaches and the energy feels rough from it.

In small doses I like it with some caffeine but anything over 50mg makes me feel like sh** lol. On cardio days it'll make you sweat like a pig though.

This should be an intersting comparison. We are on the same schedule. Tomorrow I start my third week on 25 mg of Ostarine plus Compound 20. As I said I don't want to mess with S4 so Compound 20 to help with hardening and recomp was my next choice. I'm also using a test booster to help limit shutdown.

Didn't realize we were on similar schedules lol. Definitely keep me posted, week 3 is supposedly when osta fully kicks in.

I've never actually used ephedrine. I probably would have never used DMAA either until I found out thats what I liked about jack3d lol.

Check my log, I'm gonna really test out S4 and up my dose in a week or so. No vision sides at all right now. Hopefully I won't experience any at all.

I hear what your saying. Day 13 I didn't notice anything but on day 14 I woke up with a raging hard on and my libido was quite high (my wife loved it). My appetitie also increased and my lower back pain was much improved. I seem to have more energy throughout the day and a better attitude. I also had two zits on my shoulders and I never get zits. I had a great workout in the gym although my weights and pump was about the same as normal. Hopefully things will get better from here. What a difference a day makes.

P.S. I'm taking liquid Ostarine.
 
I have done two cycles of the osta/s4 stack( both liquid) and I loved every bit of it. I got great gains both times and strength gains that stuck around as well, I took Erase and Titanium as a pct and recovered fine. Safe to say I fell in love with sarms and within the next week I will be starting a LGD-4033/ albuterol cycle and I honestly feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to come around

I'm feeling the same way. I'm just on S4 right now but damn this stuff is leaning me out better than Epi. I'll definitely follow your log. I read that the LGD is very suppressive and will require a SERM pct, but the gains r big. I'm very intrigued but damn its expensive though lol.
 
Yea tell me about it with all the other goodies i got it's a little over $300. But I got some nolva and t boosters for pct so I hope i'm straight. I gained around twenty pounds on osta/s4 so I'm ready to see what this bad boy has in store.

Yea I definitely want to follow that as well. I haven't seen anyone log the LGD yet so I'm curious to see what gains people are seeing from it.
 
So I was really tired today between the crappy weather and my legs being sore from yesterday's workout. I managed to drag myself into the gym on just a protein shake, my 30mg of S4 and of course the osta Rx. I spent about 15min on the elliptical and then I felt motivated to do a mile on the treadmill and then another 15min on the elliptical. I can honestly say the sarms dragged me through this workout, sore legs and all. I couldn't believe how good I felt.

That's what's up bro, pushing through the pain. I noticed that too yesterday, my legs were really and I was tired but I still killed my lower back/ham workout.

Yea bro considering how sore I am that cardio session was no joke. I can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow.
 
Yea it all added up pretty quick but either way I'm pumped for it, I'm pretty sure I am starting Thursday so I'll keep you guys posted. I'm definitely going to do a personal log for it I'll most likely throw it up on here when I get a chance but I'm not sure if I would be able to keep up with it daily because of school and work. A buddy of mine is probably doing the same run I am so we will definitely have some feedback and honestly he got better results from his sarm cycles then I did so he's going to being interesting to watch he throws up some pretty nice numbers.

I agree it is tough trying to keep up with daily updates. I actually put a lot of my workout and eating info on my phone so I can log it later, maybe something worth trying if you have the time for it.
 
My legs are wrecked today lol. I was hoping the soreness in my back would have been gone today but it is still there, minor but I don't feel like messing with an odd soreness in my back so I think I'll take today to rest up and get back at it tomorrow.

I was actually hoping to do some upper back and maybe even bi's today. It's alright though if its still bugging me tomorrow I'll find something to do that won't aggravate it.
 
There are several logs on LGD 4033. I can't mention the site however. Rapid gains (probably a lot of water) and even at 3 mg/day users don't report much shutdown. Most use a good PCT while on cycle. There is one log of a user going as high as 8 mg/day with good results.

I took it easy yesterday and just went for a walk with the gf, ate some food, watched some ancient aliens on H2 and went to bed last night. My legs are still really sore and I still have a minor soreness in my back so I will most likely just do some chest and tri's today. It could be the hot humid weather but I'm noticing more acne than usual on my shoulders.

I had read about it but mostly those people were on higher doses but I guess 13.5mg is still enough. It's nothing serious I just got some on the back of my right shoulder and one dead center of my chest lol.
 
I had an awesome chest workout last night. I was putting up numbers I haven't put up since before my tendonitis and I was doing it with relative ease. Last night I was feeling a bit lethargic when I got home so before I hit the gym I took some of IML's nitro 4. Between the osta/S4 and nitro 4, I had the most insane pumps I had ever felt at the gym. I had been feeling lethargic the past few days (like all I want to do is sleep) I can't say for certain if this is the osta/S4 or what. That being said I will likely start taking 100mg of the 6oxo I have everyday for the rest of the cycle, along with some USpowders cissus, super sap and 1 carboxy. It is all stuff I've had laying around that I forget about so this is a good time to use it.

Good to hear u killed it and the tendonitis isn't bothering u. I wonder too what's causing the lethargy. Maybe the osta?

I have read a few logs of people being suppressed by osta but again that has always been in the higher doses. I'm not 100% sure that it is suppression since everything else seems to be fine but I don't want to take any chances. I may have to have to use a more aggressive PCT plan just to be sure everything is all good.

Also I was reading somewhere that some places that sell "S4" will actually use some other anabolic instead. Makes me wonder if i got some bunk S4

Yeah it could just b that you're worn out. After a rough leg day I'm usually tired for a couple days.

You have a point, because of the running I hadn't done leg lifts in a bit. Maybe i do just need some sleep lol
 
Nothing much to report, got some sleep last night and feel a little less tired today. My back seems to be feeling better but with my shoulders sore from my last workout still I may hold off until tomorrow to hit back and bi's. I have a busy weekend coming and next weekend is looking busy as well, I got to get all my lifts in during the week next week.

Yea after killing some heavier weights this week I'll keep it light next week to make sure that I can get it in and to let things recover.
