I want to first thank the guys at hi tech for giving me the chance to log this. I won two bottles in a giveaway and figured the best way to give it justice is to run a full log on this.
I will be dosing 4 pills per day during this log.
I currently do my own programming that has me lifting 5 days a week and I throw cardio in, though out the week in different forms.
I am currently cutting using a keto style diet and am currently down about 20 pounds since the end of February and looking to drop around another 20 to be where i want.
So thanks again and let's get this going.

So with my training and programming I normally do percentage based on my big lifts, (bench,squat,overhead press, and deadlifts) but I have had a flare up with my back for the past 3 weeks so on my squat and deadlift days I do not follow my planned percentages and really just work with low weight and higher reps but as soon as the back calms back down I will go back to normal training plans
 
I'm the same right now. One of the nerves in my back gets irritated every once in awhile and I have to take it easy for a few weeks to let it do it's thing then i'm back.

Yea. It's the worse. I have a protrusion and no cushion between my L4 and L5, and the nerve opening at L5 is gone so it just rubs.

It's good to have a plan. Increased hunger. Hmmm...that might add a challenge to your plan :)
