Day 2 Log
-Took my dosage today with Orange Juice

-Calories Consumed:2363(Protein:138 grams, Carbs:246 Grams, Fat:75 Grams)-Had a friends party last night, so had a couple of drinks and 1 slice of Pizza.

Supplements: Protein, Multiviatmin, Test Booster, Pre Workout, BCAA, Creatine

Summary of the day: Still focused to lift heavy.
 
25mg I've only seen minor strength gains nothing to brag about in compound lifts but I'm in a cal deficit but it has really shown great results for Leaning me out and maintaining what I Allredy have I had to add epiandro for lethargy around 4th week but I'm amazed so far

Ok, so I am working on getting those macros straightened out. I have to finish off these weeks food, but I have a new meal plan for the coming week. How does this sound for the coming week ?

2500 Calories
206 Gram Protein
207 Gram Carbs
82 Gram Fats

Day 4 Log
-Took my dosage today with Orange Juice

-Calories Consumed:2261(Protein:160 grams, Carbs:262 Grams, Fat:77 Grams)-Late night binge of a boiled Potato-Major mistake having carbs at night-I know

Supplements: Protein, Multiviatmin, Test Booster, Pre Workout, BCAA, Creatine

Summary of the day: Placebo starting to wear out, but still completing the workout
 
Sorry for not logging for 3 days, but was not well, so diet and workout went in the gutter. But, I am back on track now, and with my new diet

Monday

Calories:2081, Fat 70 Grams, Protein 154 Grams, Carbs 169 grams

Dosage: Taken with Orange Juice

Workout: Workout was really really good. IDK if it was the rest I got for 2 days or the Osta gains, I went up in the bench from 50 Kg to 60 Kg
 
Sorry, for not logging guys-work has been crazy. I am in Week 6, and have just 2 more weeks to go before my PCT. Just wanted to make sure, I had my PCT right-at Nolva 20/20/10/10

Nolva @ 20/20/10/10 should be fine, that's what I plan on running. You could even throw in some Sup3r-PCT if you wanted. It wouldn't hurt. How have the gains been on the osta?
