Osta Log-First time

Hi

I am super excited about my first Osta cycle. Just placed my order today, and have some Nolva and Xtane on hand as well.



Doing 15/20/25/25/25/25/25/25

Day 1:
so, I got my first dose in. Had it with a glass of Orange juice. Bitter after taste in mouth, but washed that down with water.

Not been so clean on my diet for the past 6 weeks, but not going to be super clean on it, to get the max results of the recomp
 
I can predict this cycle: Week 1 "OMG I'm so much stronger so I'll train way more" Week 2 "Getting stronger and seeing gains let me overdo the training and weights lifted, especially w/more pre-workout" Week 3 "Superman Training!!" Week 4 "Damnit! I got hurt, so now only training half my body hard" Week 5 "Nagging injury and I'm eating dirty now, but still seeing gains" Week 6 "gonna cut cycle short". Not being an ass, I just want you to go into this smart and disciplined because you should ease into week 1 and 2 not trying to illicit a false positive. Good luck. Ostra changed my life.
 
Good luck man! Im currently in my 4th week of Ostarine, and really liking it so far. The end of week 2 is where I saw a good increase in strength, while eating under maintenance!

"Non being an ass" but being one anyway. Let the guy be excited about his first cycle. There is always only one first time.

Imagine if you had someone looking over the shoulder the first time you popped your cherry going "Don't blow it! Nice and easy ... oh, come on, you rushed into that one ... what are you waiting for? Christmas? You should be glad that she's not expecting that much from you anyway ... what are you doing?? Are you going to mess up her expectations?? It's her first time ... man up and ... there now you totally blew it. Good going."

It's his journey, let him find his own way. The rest of us can be supportive and help out without ruining it for him.

Damn, lucky you! I didn't see any increases until the end of week 3! I got weenie Osta!

How did osta change your life?
 
I found a compound that my body reacted positively to that had ZERO negative side effects. I wasn't trying to add muscle, but maintain what I have while increasing performance. What's more, the mood and joint benefits were outstanding. Very different than my LGD cycle, and I can easily see why people use this as a bridge. As an older athlete, and a cancer survivor, I can see myself using this for some time to come.

What dosage did you run and how long.
 
Started at 20mg/day week 1, then full 30mg/day for continued 7 more weeks. No PCT after or cycle support during. Took 4 weeks off after. Really good compound for Fat Adapted/Ketogenic athletes. Gained 5 pounds of muscle w/out trying. Felt fabulous.

-Took my dosage today.
-Calories Consumed:2353(Protein:110 grams, Carbs:284 Grams, Fat:73 Grams)-I know I need to up my protein here and decrease my carbs. Working on that for today
-Workout: Chest & Tricep
Supplements: Protein, Multiviatmin, Test Booster, Pre Workout, BCAA, Creatine

Summary of the day: Felt a drive to just lift heavy. It was all in the mind, since I had taken the Osta,
