Osta / LGD / 11-andro cycle

So I was thinking of doing an ostabol and 11-andro recomp cycle. Current stats: 184 lbs, 12.4% bf.
Ostabol: 20/20/20/20/25/25/25/25
11-andro: 500/600/600/700/700/700/800/800

I have great experience with these compounds, they have treated me well.

Then I discovered LGD and this got me really interested. Not sure though how this should be stacked and dosed together with the two above compounds.
Any input or experiences that any of you would like to share?
 
Thanks for the input. I have seen people stacking Osta and LGD, and Osta / 11-andro is a popular recomp cycle, however not seen anybody combining LGD and 11-andro.

Just got word back from a sales rep. In his opinion adding 8mg of LGD to the above recomp cycle should go fine.
 
Lgd and osta are gonna bind to the same receptors as the lgd will have a more powerful effect it will overshadow osta . Choose one or the other . Go with osta if you want to cut , lgd for recomp

Completed the cycle.
11-andro: 500/500/600/700/700/800/900/1000
Osta: 20/20/25/25/30/30/35/40
LGD: 4/4/6/6/8/8/10/10

Great results! Lost 1.7kg, of which -2.9kg fat reduction and 1.2 kg increase in FFM. Vascularity is insane, bodyfat down from 13.2% to 9.9%. The recovery is rate just out of this world, been training 11-12 times per week, by doing a program inspired by "Arnold's blueprint to cut" regime. Did a bulk the last week, with several new PBs. Had to triple check the weights on the front squats this morning as the old PB was crushed :)
 
3 weeks of PCT completed.

Final stats, of which the three figures are at the end of the cycle and t+21:

Weight loss: -1.7 / -1.5
Fat loss: -2.9 / -2.4
Fat free mass: +1.2 / +0.9

All in all, largely kept the progress in PCT. Been training hard 6 times per week, but also upped the carbs to maybe 200-250 g on training days and 50 grams on off-days. Pecs is still full, but gained 1 cm around the waist...
