Osta in my test cycle

Im planning a 15wk cycle with test E and a dbol kickstarter that looks a bit like this.
Test E 250mg 2x wk (Mon/Thur) weeks 1-15
Dbol 25mg 2x day weeks 1-4

PCT:
Nolva 40/20/10/10 weeks 16-19
Clomid 100/50/50/50 weeks 16-19
UR spray (2 bottles throughout the PCT) **not sure if i shoukd use it during cycle or PCT.

I have a 25mg/ml 30ml bottle of ostarine. I was wondering what would be a good way to introduce it into my cycle and on which dosages.
 
I don't have a ton of experience with AAS, SARMs, and what not, but this just seems like a bad idea. What purpose will adding in the ostarine serve? None. Every component of your cycle should have a reason for being included. "I have some" is not a good reason. I say save it for after your cycle. I think some people will recommend it for PCT, but I'd use it for leaning out in preparation for another cycle.
 
Test and dbol is a full plate so to speak, the addition of osta during cycle isnt worth it. Save it for a rainy day.
 
Should i add it to my PCT? if so at which dosage and for how long? if not could I use it in between cycles? if so also at which dosage and for how long?

You can use it during pct to help maintain gains...i used 20mgs for 6 weeks during pct
 
Ostarine is suppressive at higher dosages, so yes you can use it in pct but keep the dose low. It should help retain your gains in pct provided you've got a solid enough pct plan as is.
 
Alright then ill add it to my pct along with nolva clomid and ill throw some DAA in there too
