Difficult to say.

If I had to choose between the two options exactly as youve presented them, Id go with the first. 220mg of 4andro more likely to provide greater benefits than those epiandro doses.

Ideally, epiandro dosed at 500mg/d at least. Which is why I suggested a different product that makes higher dosing affordable. Search some of the logs here. You want the epiandro to help reduce lethargic symptoms, and 200mg doses are weak sauce.
