Osta and gw

33 y.o. recovering from a motorcycle accident a few months back. Taking 15 mg of Osta and 20 mg of gw. The first week is with no change to lifestyle or diet, just to get a baseline. I will be doing the gw for weight loss and endurance enhancement for a total of 4 weeks, and Osta for 8. Ive tried Osta before with great results. My goal is to cut weight without muscle loss, and maybe some strength gains since my accident. Week 2 will be a high protein, low carb, low calorie (1500) diet, including healthy fats.
I'm 5ft9in just to put my weight in perspective. Ill post before and after pics at the end of each 4 weeks.
I'm currently on day 3.
Day 1- 194.7lbs, no noticeable feeling
Day 2- 194.0lbs, feeling motivated
Day 3- 192.0lbs, probably went a little harder during my workout. I do weight training 3 times a week, 2 times a day, and hiit 3 times a week 2 times per day, cardio sometimes replaces weights or hiit. This is my first online log, and kinda using it for feedback and any extra advice
 
Those data points are really close. Take a weekly average and watch that. I stopped hitting the scale daily because water weight plays havok on the numbers.

How are your injuries? I ran a cycle in recovery from a car accident also - I had great results, I was able to push through and reinjury stopped.

Do you have your PCT sorted out and ready to go? AI also on hand in case? I found crazy lethargy on ostarine. In the past did you also run gw with it? Ask because I'm wondering if the GW is assisting with your energy levels especially in a cut when you're already going to be lazy feeling.

Gw seems to be really good stuff, people seem to tolerate it well and it's not supressive. I got two bottles of it myself and I'm probably going to run it in a summer cut with OL's Assas1nate thermogenic sauce.
 
I don't have pct or ai, didnt use it last time, but the more I read, i start to wonder. I do take a good multivitamin high in zinc though and supplement with a testofin fenugreek protein. Im using dna Osta and gw. This is my first experience with gw. Last time I used Osta while on a cut was paired with Miami lean (thermo) and I cut 15 lbs while gaining an inch in my arms, and bringing up all of my max weights. I know the data points are close, but it will track trends (plus I'm addicted). My fluid intake doesn't change too drastically daily, so we will see what it looks like at 7 days and weekly thereafter. My injuries included broken ankle, hand, and knee, plus further injuries to my back. I survived and have been pushing through. Any recommendations on pct and Ai?
 
You say that week 2 is gonna be a high protein diet, wat is de ratio fats, carbs en protien. I am currently on a ostarine sycle and I don't know how high I should be in protien, carbs en fats. Just curious
 
Ok.. So I'm doing 1500 calories, 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. In my case around 190 to 195 . 25 percent of my calories will be from fats, and whatever is left to make up the difference in calories will be carbs. I haven't laid out my exact numbers yet, but this is the guidline I'm trying to follow. Disclaimer*** Im no pro..lol... So all advice and recommendations are welcome. I know my protein is a little higher than necessary, but it ensures I am not under-supplying myself.
