So here's an update for you guys. Today should have been the start of the 3rd phase of my HST workout. 3 sets / 5 reps of the same exercises listed previously. I say should have been, but I had to go through all the exercises to find my new 5 rep max. Weights have increased on all, so that's a plus. Weight this morning was 197, so down 8 pounds, which considering what's been going on for the last month, I'll take it.
Nothing to report (other than the increase in strength!) on the Osta / Epi combo. No noticeable sides and at this point I don't expect any. Ordered some Dermacrine and added that in about the middle of last week.
And on a personal note, it's been 5 weeks since I moved out of the house. Spent 3 weeks in one of those extended stay places and last week found a house to rent. I've been buying furniture and all the normal shyt required to live. Cable and internet should be up later this week. Starting to settle in to a more normal routine, which is nice for a change. And I was asked out on dates by two different women (yes, women. Not dudes
HIT4ME) at the gym. And yes
Studhorse, they are young compared to us. But old compared to most everyone else on here.
