Does anyone know exactly which ingredient in the original Powerfull was responsible for causing one's b*lls to grow ridiculously large? :icon_lol:

That stuff made my boys grow nearly twice their normal size bro, the new stuff doesn't even come close. I remember reading that one of the ingredients could no longer be obtained in quantity, which had something to do with the reformulation. Just wondered what was doing the job on the boys.
