Organic vs. Regular Coffee

I have heard it from several sources that organic coffee is superior to regular coffee.
My first question is why and what are the specific benefits?
Second question is are there any references out there that back this up?

Well same thing applies to many things if you pay a good price for something you get top quality products but if you pay crap you get crap. To produce a product at lower costs may require the company to use lower grade ingredients which are poor compared to the good stuff.

My self i use a organic brand, i love my coffee and its the only brand that tastes any good and i think the price includes some charity. It makes you feel better on the inside as well
