Ordering SERM to military base...

im very skeptical about this. idk if the mail is checked and **** when it gets here as i am living in on base housing. anyone ever done it?
 
why would it be a problem? if its not illegal there's nothing to worry about im about to order some stuff to my deployed base and serm could be one of my choices i woudlent worry about it if it is something they will just send it back
