Orders reach the UK fine - just use the right payment method!

OK folks - I ordered and received a shipment from BDC -I live in the UK.
Due to a foul up on my part, I ordered using the normal online 'shop' at BDC; what I should have done is emailed the order, got the costs including shipping from BDC, and sorted things from there.
It cost BDC more than he charged me for Posting - significantly more. This is above and beyond - cheers BDC!!
I don't know of any store which would do this, and can only say that this level of service is exemplary.

IF YOU ORDER FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:

Email the order to BDC instead of USING THE SHOP - remember to tell BDC you are a member (if you are!) so you get the right prices.
BDC can then email you the FULL COST, INCLUDING the shipping, which is significantly higher than would be shown on your PAYPAL shop receipt.


Can you make this a sticky BDC?
