Ordered on 10/15 and still no update

My husband placed his order with NP on 10/15 and has contacted them several times to find out what the status is and we haven't received an answer yet. The order is not even coming up on his account when he logs into NP.com. Their voice message says contact live chat on the website, but there is no live chat option, WTH is going on here????
