Order problem

Hello,

I placed an order tonight but something went wrong.

Order 979 is correct I belive but order 980 should not be there. It only shows shipping cost but no product so just delete it and refund the card.

Looking forward to try the products in order 979.

You have still not refunded my money.

I read the shipping for the sample packs where free. I ordered 4 sample packs and 6 protein cookie. You still manage to charge me for shipping.

Not a good start for me with you company.

Please refund my shipping charge.

Great, it might just not have hit my account yet. I will check the account in a few days and get back to you if not.

By the the way - the oatmeal cookies are great. Just had one and want to eat the rest. Lower the price and I will buy more for sure. They are almost to good.

First name start with H? A credit of 7.41 in shipping cost has been applied to your card. Just checked it myself. You guys do keep me on my toes and I appreciate the honest feedback........ Microwave the cookie for 5 seconds!!!!!!!!

Just tried to order the blend of Banana (2lb) and also the sample pack. Again, my order was declined. May have something to do w/ my recent move & my bank...

Your card declined? Both of my cards were when I tried to order. Both online and over the phone. But they are valid,

you guys might need to check up on the verifying system.. ? Maybe something is awry.

Because about 15 mins later I went to ATW on ebay, and used my credit card payment thru paypal and it worked like a champ!
 
Thanks for the information - I will have it checked on Monday.....Nobody, but ME, works the weekend......and Yes, Ebay is an option and they are OUR PRODUCTS.
