I literally just finished a tub of this*today. Thanks to USP (and further backed up by PES Select and its research) and their no filler approach and corresponding 'calling out' of the amino spiking that is so rampant in the industry, *I've switched from using whey only to at least a whey/casein blend for postWO and anytime during the day. Having tried Vanilla, Choc & Strawberry Cheesecake Oxy, all 3 very well done, the SC shines brightest for me with a spot on flavor. Formulated as a slimming protein (with MPI (Milk Protein Isolate) first in the formula!), it includes CLA, MCT's, Digesting enzymes along with NO Maltodextrin & NO Creamers. *One of its stronger attributes (for me at least), esp for those on reduced cals is how thick it mixes up and kills the strongest of munchies. Typically for an afternoon snack, I'll mix half scoop up into 6-8 oz plain Greek yogurt, let it 'set up' anywhere from a couple hours to overnight and it's like a very thick mousse...use a graham cracker for a spoon and you're set for still a low cal dessert ;)

Possibly one of the oldest and most recognized BCAA products on the market, and honestly one of the ones that really changed the BCAA game forever.

First studied by Chuck Rudolph on Endurance Athletes back in the early 1990’s and really became popular at the turn of the 2000’s, Scivation hit a home run by backing a product with a 2:1:1 BCAA blend with added glutamine to start, then they reformulated xtend in the future with adding an electrolyte complex and also dropping a lot of sucralose (a half pound no joke) into the new formula for that complex and improving the product.

You get 2.5g of Glutamine
1g of Citrulline (Which aids pump and lactic acid build up while training)
Also Electrolytes and Vitamin b6.

If it was not for xtend and the massive amount of supplement awards it has picked up over the years who knows what the BCAA/Intra-workout market would look like now and days. This is a product that has revolutionized that category forever. Again BCAA’s are great, but they are most utilized for those who train fasted, or dose them between meals as a bolus 4-6 hours apart which has been shown by Layne Norton’s Research/Hypothesis on Muscle Protein Synthesis

If you have not listened to these they are a great listen and also amazing reads. Layne is a Scivation Athlete and sticks to what he knows in BCAA’s as he researches them for a living. So what better way to promote one of the all time leading/selling BCAA products on the market.

She can hold her own.
I've never been to watch a class but we just bought a heavy duty kickboxing bag and set it up in my gym. Watching her beat the hell out of it makes me push harder in my workouts lol

I just wanna say that, as a spectator, I have no idea how I'd be able to pick from so many great apps. I have a lot of pity for the D2L household, because everyone who applied threw some great apps up. Best of luck to all - somebody's walking away from this luckier :)

Thanks again guys I enjoyed running this. Spreads some product awareness for things people may not have tried before as well.

I may talk my wife into joining lol we shall see. We got married Sept 27 (We got a crazy platinum package of wedding photos including multiple books, portraits, and digital copies of the 2000 pictures so it Took a while to get)

Trying to think up a more unique selection method then names in a hat... Tomorrow we shall see!

I ended up having a lot of fun with this this morning.

So how it went down was...
Maria equally divided the back of an envelope into 5 spaces and randomly put in the top 5 entries. I had her take the picture so I had no idea which name was where.
