Orals and the liver . Help ?

If you take a oral say msten 10-20 mg for 4 weeks with a proper cycle support how long before your liver returns to normal?. I know this is a really abstract question and depends on the person exact oral and dosage. So maybe a better question on most orals with proper management how long before liver levels are normal .?
Is it right away a week a month 12 weeks ? And how long after a cycle should you keep taking the cycle support. I know everyone pre loads for a week or two and most continue the cycle support with pct. Does anyone take tudca after a cycle as well or is it just while on ?
 
Great question. In for answers as to wether people frontload and backload cycle supports. I will be running msten soon with cycle support and tudca at a gram a day in divided doses and I will definitely do this

There is no answer, there also is no guarantee your liver values will get too outta wack. I have run plenty of different orals in the past and kept liver within the normal range. I've run msten for 6 weeks and was fine. Also 10mg of msten is a waste, start at 20
 
the liver seems to bounce back fairly quick.. a month at most for me. and usually theres not that much difference. all the horror stories you hear about are from people who dont know what they are doing and run something like superdrol for 12 weeks at 30-40 mgs per day.
 
Thanks for the tips guys . Thinking about my normal animal pak and 5 % liver and organ defense with some tudca for cycle support . I know there might be better stuff out there but looking at it maybe worth a try .20 mg msten for 4 weeks and 400 mg test cyp for 6 weeks sound decent ? I have used test but I am new to orals .pct is Cruse 200 mg test cyp . With AI pre mixed in and hcg 2x weekly the whole time .
 
I think it's about as bad as taking a pill for fever every day. Somewhere I read it's about drinking 3 beers every day on average. Some stand out like superdrol, M1T, cheque drops etc but on average its really not a big deal. People are being prescribed anadrol at 150mg for months. Probably just a few days at the worst considering your liver is healthy to begin with

Test cyp for 6 weeks is a waste too, your gonna stop taking it when it's getting good. At bare minimum I'd go 8 weeks but I'd prefer 12-16 If it was me. Wait 2-3 weeks after last shot and pct. If you wanna go 6 weeks get prop and take 100mg eod

Looks sound to me. I would run 400mg test for longer, as 200mg will suppress anyways, besides test-e/c takes at least 5 weeks to "kick in". 12 weeks is what I would do, at 500mg/w.

Liver damage is overrated IMO. Protecting the cardiovascular system should be the #1 priority when cycling.

So this is what it will look like .
200 mg test cyp AI is pre mixed with test and 50 iu hcg every 3.5 days for 8 weeks 20 mg msten daily for the first 4 weeks 10 mg in the morning 10 in the evening . 25 mg mk677 tested nightly for 8 weeks(unless the lab rats die on me). 200 mg test cyp hcg protocol after for Cruze.(so no real pct i am on test for life at this point)Animal pak in the morning tudca 250 mg 2x daily with food. 5% organ and liver defender 4 hours after msten and enhanced athlete aas support before bed for the little extra protection(I got a hell of a deal on the cycle supports) hope they aren't just names and work well the ingredients seem on point .
3500-4k caliores daily low sodium high protein diet plus the normal junk fish oil whey natto creatine maybe fiber pills if my macros dont add up.
Going to try to do 2x workouts a day 1 before work and 1 after. 1 hour in the morning 2 hours at night. 5 to 6 days a week depending on how I feel that week as far as soreness . Starting stats 5"9 225 current 3 rep max 315 on bench I do not max on anything else as of now . Too many logs out there to log this but I may follow up at the end of the cycle. Should start early nov.

I don't mean to drift from the original topic, but.... If you're not a professional athlete then I must say congratulations on having the time to train 15-18 hours per week. Will all those sessions involve lifting or more like cardio in the morn and lifting at night? Just curious as to what you have planned as far as per session and total weekly lifting volume.
 
I dont have alot of time I work 7 to 5 every day and have 2 small kids . I make time . At the gym at 5 am home and shower kids on the bus and then work . When my wife gets off work i go to the gym . So basically I will live in the gym while i cycle.
 
No cardio during cycle I am scared to increase the size of my heart .normally I would Run 1 mile before lifting and 1 mile after somtimes I do an extra mile between lifting. Right now I go 2 hours a day when my wife gets off work . I have done this 2 a day program before and it works out well I am home in the mornings by the time the kids leave for school and back in time to put them to bed .

Doing "a lot" accomplishes "a lot" in every day life -BUT for gaining muscles its NOT applicable (unless you are like BEAST73 ). I noticed I grow best on a 3 x week split, instead of a 5-6 days per week full body -or split. Rest is very important, right next to nutrition. "Stimulate the muscle -not annihilate the muscle." someone important said (don't remember who).

IMHO, depleting glycogen by doing cardio before lifting is counterproductive.
 
As far as lifting I do heavy weight low reps like a 5x5 set up. then at the end I hit every lift I did again with light weight tell failure. I am sure there are better options but that's mostly what I do . The mornings are slower normally just gets me motivated for the day and pumped to get back on the gym at night.
 
I am no pro athlete by any means but I have been lifting for 18 years or so and have experimented with diffrent routines. I have never taken any supplements other than creatine. Until last year my blood test came back with low T and I got on TRT and I figured now's the time cant mess up my test levels if I am on a life long cruise might as well make the most of it.
 
Why didn't you mention trt in the first place, your completely over thinking this.
If your not bumping up test then continue your trt exactly as normal. Add in your oral for 4-6 weeks then drop the oral and continue with your trt. It's as simple as that, no need to change anything whatsoever!
 
Your right I am sure hairygrandpa . I just want to get the most out of the cycle every other day might be better for me. I just hate cardio and I do it first to get it over with kind of a mental thing . I make my self run so I can lift then dont let my self leave tell I run . I am glad I found this forum so people can tell me.how stupid my routine actually is without being dicks about it. It actually is pretty stupid of me when I hear it .

Very rarely do I disagree with HG but imo this isn’t cardio. Running 1 mile is just a warm up, should be taking around 6-8 mins.....there’s no significant glycogen depletion happening there....

OP - cardio is beneficial for the heart - actually on cycle it’s very useful for blood pressure. Why are you thinking it would enlarge the heart?

And a cardio session isint gonna deplete your glycogen stores unless your doing some crazy ****
 
I really don't know very much about AAS only what I have read .I am trying to learn as much as I can.thats why i am here.The running kind of is my warm up and I never do more than 3 miles split into before and after lifting .

@Whikey , didn't see it was only a mile, you right. Glockguy706 , even on cycle, don't train too much. Train harder? check. More volume? check. More often, harder, heavier, more volume? fail.
 
I do this a lot.. I do wrestling some days and I skip gym but besides that I run short runs just to get some pulse. It definitely helps me stay lean year round and it just feels good for your body. The important thing is to make sure you have enough food to cover up the running and as stated not run too far. Running before the workout is also better than the other way around.
 
I spent 90 seconds on the stair climber this week. 80 seconds longer than I usually spend on stairs. Heart rate 180bpm -_-


Seriously, cardio would be much more likable if it had some sort of compensation, like a treadmill that gives you a blowjob every 5 miles, or something.

Running a mile would take me 20 mins lol. Cardio for me is anything over 10 reps.
