Orals and Gallbladder

We all know of the liver stress (even w/proper precautions) these new orals have (SD, PP, H50, etc...) what are the potential dangers to someone without their gallbladder? Are they greater, the same? I only ask because i will probably do a cycle in near future and my mom's side of the family all have had their's removed. I obviously have a predisposition to this problem, so i wonder if orals will irritate the situation since the gallbladder and liver work hand and hand. By the way, i will be getting blood work done before and after. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Even with TUDCA and NAC, I still find I get cholestasis fairly quickly from orals due to a genetic disposition for gallstones. You have to be careful with them.
