Oral steroids and gut lining

Do methylated steroids like Proviron affect gut lining in a bad way?

I keep seeing in medical articles that "steroids" cause a leaky gut, but most of the time they refer to corticosteroids.

Would Proviron have the same deliterious effect on the gut?
