Oral Only Beginner cycle.

Don't want to pin. Preferably something that is low on the androgenic side to prevent hairloss. Test base/Pct recommendations, standby supps?
 
Cycle- 4 andro and rad 140.

On hand- exemestane for possible estrogen management for 4 andro, something otc may be enough but why risk it when a AI like exeme or adex is only like $35-40.

Pct- most guys are gonna say enclo, I still tell ppl opt for nolva/tamoxifen. Less sides for many ppl. If you already know you tolerate enclo well then go with that.

Theoretical doses for beginner cycle- 4 andro @ 220-440mg/week, rad 140 @15-30mg/week, 6-10 weeks.

Exemestane as needed (start very low if even needed at all)

nolva/tamoxifen @ 20mg/day, 4 to 6 weeks

Rad-140 for 10 weeks? That's not too long? I was thinking about running Rad-140 as part of my next cycle. I was thinking test + 1-DHEA + Rad-140, however I was thinking I would only go 8 weeks on the Rad-140 and 1-DHEA. I read there is some liver stress on it, so wasn't sure how long to run it. Was thinking 20mgs for 8 weeks. Never ran a SARM before and just wanted to try it out really lol.
 
As long as I'm not in the red then my cycle goes on. 6, 10, 25 weeks..... however long I'm still progressively getting better, bigger or leaner
 
And no I'm not suggesting 25 weeks on sarms or orals 😁 but 10 weeks is fine, as long as its actually fine. Ultimately bloodwork will tell the tale

6 months is rookie numbers; you gotta buy kilo bags of raw powder from China and just snort a big line of it every day for the foreseeable future.

I'm finally getting the answers I've been looking for. OK... so I'm going to snort bags of Rad-140 for 9-12 months (depending on how I feel I might continue for 2 years).

And is it OK if I skip PCT? Because I'm scared to death of the potential side effects of SERMs.
