Oral bpc

Has any one taken oral Bpc-157 from a trusted source?
Yes!

I took 500mcg once a day for 2 months. My tennis elbow disappeared and my shoulder pain decreased while benching that I have had for years. My chronic arthritis in my ankle also felt better. I will take it again. I was recommended 250mcg twice a day due to the half life but from my source, 60 capsules of 250mcg is nearly the same price as 60capsules of 500mcg.

Oral BPC worked for me for some nagging injuries. I will be taking it again soon. In fact I was just looking at a log from 2017 I did and I had pain in my left shoulder/pec region back then. I have been dealing with this same injury since 2017, two months of Taking oral bpc, very minimal pain. 2 months after taking it, still minimal pain.

Some things work for people. Some don’t. I have wasted my money on plenty of supps that did work. This Oral BPC worked for me but might now work for you. I will say that more people said Oral BPC did nothing for them compared to helping them. Guess I am one of the lucky ones or the placebo is strong within me.

Oral does work. The Arginate Salt form is the superior version, make sure you're taking that. It's over 90% bioavailable and will help with injuries. Injection was the way to go when it first came out as its original form was less then 3% bioavailable. The dosage I see work are in the range of 500mcg to 1,000mcg. My buddy who is doing 1,000 mcg daily and says it blows taking 500 mcg away. He is also over 60 and says it really makes Viagra work better. I heard it increases NO, so that could be the reason.

My plan is to do both oral, injection and topical for my hip and shoulder and pending my findings I want to recommend to my father just trying to find sources on where to buy....so if anyone got one please dm me

I know a thing or two about transdermals - don't waste your money on td BPC - there's a reason reputable td brands have never made a td BPC

Most likely placebo, it's just how the stuff works, I guess there's a possibility that you're just a hyper responder to it maybe and even though only a small amount might make it systemic that way apparently it was enough? But with every ounce of research I've done oral shouldn't have any effect on injuries outside of gut health stomach ulcers and stuff like that. When you take it orally it only works in your digestive tract your gut intestines and stuff like that. Transdermal (I think someone else mentioned transdermal) But transdermally it does not have the ability to penetrate your skin and 100% of it is going to be wasted

I haven’t read anything good about transdermal either. I am glad I am a Hyper responder or have the placebo affect. I like to think I know my body really well at 40 years old and know what works for me and what doesn’t.

Tell you what, I wish I would have invested my money though instead of buying so many supps. But where is the fun in that!

I am really curious about injecting. Some day I will. I was planning on completely tearing my Labrum before injecting haha

There was definitely a rush or excitement that I use to get every time I ordered a new supplement, hoping it was gonna give me a 700% increase in testosterone in gain 14.8 lb in 2 weeks 😂. It was fun lol. BPC is cool stuff, it has a lot of uses, I really could use it right now for my wrist and elbow but I don't know where the hell to pin my hands or elbows. I'm scared 😂😂😂

The Arginate Salt oral BPC 157 is crazy expensive though. Especially compared to the prices on injectable, and the injectable works great for my injuries at 60. Of course I use Apex Alchemy Helios (transdermal Curcumin) and SNS PeaRelief, as well, and those work great.👍

Anyone can recommend a good oral BPC source? I already have the injectable but my wife doesn’t want to use that and want oral for the stomach benefits.

Elbow is pretty easy - just takes a partner to help. I'm lucky, my gf is a pharmacist and she's great at giving shots.

The hardest places I've ever pinned BPC was the top of my foot and my big toe.
