I'm doing a little experiment and dumping 2g's of 4AD into my protein shake that I drink throughout the day. I am wondering if anyone has any hard data on the bio availability of this method. I get different answers depending on where I look.
Yeah I know pinning would be better but this costs me about 1.60 a day and I am just curious how effective it will be. I'll post any gains I make if anyone else would like to know. I have been running m4ohn and I am going to add this in with it for the last few weeks to see how they work together.
