Oral absorption rates

It's been a while since I've posted, and it's also been a while since I've used any orals (well a little bit of ostarine). I have been cutting/recomping on a relatively light inject only cycle for a while but might be introducing some orals at the tail end. This is a pretty silly question, but I'm interested to see what people think, I normally take a very intellectual approach to my PED usage and research very thoroughly, but honestly the ramifications of this question are probably so minuscule that I haven't bothered.

Does any one know how fiber effects the absorption of methylated orals? I know the importance of lipids and always try to take them on an empty stomach with a couple grams of fat. And when I say fiber, I am talking HIGH fiber diet. My diet is kind of out there, and to counteract hunger and keep me feeling full, I use broccoli during and between meals, A LOT of broccoli. I'm talking several cups as a snack, basically whenever I am hungry (almost all the time) or don't feel full I eat broccoli. It works very well, and I have had great results with it (except for the amount of $$ I spend on broc and the number of times I have to re-up at the store, I also sh*t constantly lol). So my question is, with all this fiber and the extremely high turn over rate in my GI tract, is this going to have any effect on absorption of some methyl orals. Thanks, silly ? I know, curious to see what people think.

I'm in pharmacy school. It depends on the drug honestly. Lipophilic drugs probably won't be affected.

MCT oil (1 TBSP per meal) and apple pectin at every meal will shut down the hunger issues.

Only thing that I have personally seen to work better is:

1) Melanotan II
2) Superdrol

I'm all over the MCTs already, really love them preworkout as well, good advice on the apple pectin I will have to try that, will probably slow down my GI tract as well. I'm not about to mess with melanotan, happy with my skin tone the way it is. As for superdrol, I was thinking something a little less harsh and glycogen-centric, probably var or tbol for the oral.
