I purchased a couple of bottles of Lipoderm Ultra, and have added a bottle of clen to the mix. I'm wondering when to apply for optimum fat burning. I do a.m. cardio on an empty stomach several days per week. Applying before this seems logical as the lipo will free up plenty of fatty acids to be burned during low-intensity cardio sessions. However, I shower and go to work shortly after.
*****I can eat breakfast before showering, but does the lipo need to be on for more than approx. 60min to continue working, or is it something that is absorbed and remains, regardless of what is left on the surface of the skin?
Also, to what degree do I have to worry about food intake leading to redeposition of freed fats? I consume about 600 cals pre and post workout (1200 total).
*****Will having all this in my system negate lipo's fat burning ability during weight training?
*****Finally, is lipo still very effective with 1xdaily application?
