Optimize-T Bloodwork

Hey all, been absent from the forums for a while now. Had an injury that required surgery, other life things going on as well, etc. Anyway, just wanted to share some bloodwork results from using Optimize-T from SNS. I tried to keep things very consistent throughout Jan-Apr. Training was minimal, diet and scale stayed consistent. Just really tried to minimize variables.

DOSING

2 caps upon waking, 2 caps before bed.

QUANTITATIVE RESULTS

January 2024
Total Testosterone - 379 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 61.4 pg/nl
Estrogen (E2) - 27 pg/ml
PSA - 0.64 ng/ml

April 2024
Total Testosterone - 538 ng/dl
Free Testosterone - 81.8 ng/dl
Estrogen (E2) - 16 pg/ml
PSA - 0.56 ng/ml

~42% increase in total testosterone.
~33% increase in free testosterone
~41% decrease in E2

FYI the PSA test just came with the test/free test/E2 panel I purchased. Wasn’t something I was intentionally trying to measure. The before and after we’re both taken fasted around 8am.

QUALITATIVE RESULTS

Again, training was minimal, so wasn’t really providing my body the stimulus for any body composition changes. The one thing to call out, like others, is an increase in sleep quality. I don’t wear an Oura ring or any other device so I’d call this just subjective feedback.

OTHER FEEDBACK

I’ve used Optimize-T several times prior to this run, with the latest running finishing up ~Sept 2023. Just never did purposeful before/after bloodwork. I’m currently in month 7 of this run (from above, started it back up in Jan 2024) and will continue for the foreseeable future. Might throw some Anabolic XT in the mix and re-test at some point.

I’m not surprised. My bloodwork showed similar increases to yours. A solid product

That’s some awesome results man! I’m tagging @sns8778 since I know he would be interested in seeing this!

I'm so sorry to hear about your injury. I hope that you're doing well or that things are at least going in the right direction for you.

Thank you so much for posting and sharing your feedback. That's awesome.

I love the fact that there was an improvement in total testosterone, free testosterone, e2, and that the PSA improved!

For anyone not familiar with the PSA range, the median PSA for men 40 to 50 is .6 to .7 ng/ml so the decrease from .64 to .56 is really cool - because it improved in general but also because it dropped the number to below the median which is excellent.

I love the aspect of Optimize-T in that it helps with overall energy levels and feeling better during the day and also helps with restful sleep at night.

I ran Optimize T when it first came out for like 6 months straight. Actually just picked a couple more up, and should be here Friday.

Nice! I just started a bottle of Optimize T yesterday. Planning on running two bottles back to back.

I’m going to start with two bottles and go from there. Really trying to figure out why I stopped taking OT. 🤷‍♂️

i often say that alot ..we all make mistakes after all we are humans lol
