When a company uses a branded ingredient, we have to label it the exact way that the branded ingredient company wants us to. In this case, it's the total dose of OptiDopa - not the actual mg. of l-dopa; but the dosage is right where I feel it needs to be, and we adjust the total dosage per formula to meet where we want the active dose to be.

Yes, OptiDopa can have a positive benefit on helping to reduce prolactin.

BUT, if you are looking specifically to reduce prolactin, then I would suggest Inhibit-P.
