That said, in my personal opinion, probably the most effective cutting protocol, that is not "gear", and is not the obvious, "calorie deficit bro" is this supp / cardio combo meal:
fasted (8+ hours) cardio, minimum of 30 min, absolutely nothing but water or black coffee prior. No gum, no sugar free energy, no zero cal anything with sweeteners, nothing but these supps and water....
supps taken 20-30-40 minutes prior to starting:
L-Tyrosine - 2G
Yohimbine HCL - 0.2mg per kg of bw (do not use bark, do not use Rauwolscine)
Bronkaid (or equivalent) - 25mg
Caffeine (I like 'no doze') 200mg
Evomuse DCP - 4 caps (dose is 2, use 4)
